Love these! They take about 20-30 minutes to kick in and I do not feel groggy in the Moring. I cannot usually take anything to help me sleep with Melatonin in it as I get nightmare, I have no problems with these!

I was skeptical of this product when I first bought it yrs ago...but, after realizing I was the primary reason for the product not being effective and testing them out again...THIS PRODUCT LEGIT WORKS!!! If you stick w/ a proper diet and taking it in a timely manner, it works better than most would say...I try to keep the item in my rotation as much as possible now.

I've been taking NiteLean for a few weeks now, but not every night. Sometimes I forget to take it, and then it's too late in the evening. I do get a good night's sleep when I take it and I feel less bloated in the AM. I'll continue taking it and hopefully will notice more benefits from taking it.
