Electrostatic powder spraying is a process of using a coating machine with an atomizing nozzle (to atomize the coating) and a discharge stage (to generate electrical current) to micronize the coating, apply a charge to it, form an electric field between the electrode and the object to be coated, and use its electrostatic adsorption to coat. After curing, a durable, smooth and beautiful coating is formed.
"Electrostatic powder spraying" is the cleanest coating technology currently available. Large amounts of or over-sprayed powder can be easily collected by the recycling system for recycling and reuse. Therefore, the utilization rate of powder coating can reach almost 100%, allowing the coating industry to reduce the cost of waste treatment and minimize environmental pollution.
We have selected powder spray guns with excellent performance. Both the safe low-voltage gun feed and circuit technology have adopted constant current source output control. When the spray gun electrode is close to the grounded workpiece, the high-voltage generator can reduce the output voltage accordingly, and can automatically cut off and turn off the power when it is short-circuited with the ground. Low voltage electrostatic spraying, its voltage output is 30~50kV (output voltage 30~70kV is a safe value).

The system works pretty good, however i would caution against plugging the air in at 180 psi. The whole gun exploded the second i pulled the trigger but i was able to put it back together, minus the filter, and it still works. Keep the pressure below 30 psi.

I purchased this powdercoating system for a project I had planned, i bought it a little over a month ago and I just opened the box today and the green “running” light never illuminated, i checked the fuse and it was perfect, don’t waste your money with this product now i have to go buy another one to complete my project 👎
