This is the worst purchase I ever made on Bolo the screen doesn’t work. Everything is backwards, and I can’t even connect to it.

The install was not too hard. The system was very basic which I like. However after awhile the system kept restarting itself. I tried factory reset. That didn't work. Good thing it happen now. If it happen after the return date pass, I would have been screwed. Too bad I really like this one because it's not bloated. But I'm not taking any risk.

Wiring directions are horrible. I had to use a magnifier to read them. The English was really bad. I was unable to access screen mirroring. Could not figure out the proper connections for brake lockout. I could not find the settings referred to in the very limited instructions for screen mirroring. It does function other than not being able to access any locked out during driving type functions.Update: Seller contacted me with very generous offers to gain my satisfaction. I intend to try another Rimoody unit in my other car.

Had an issue with the motherboard and although it was out of the Bolo return policy window the seller replaced it with a new unit. Extremely thankful!!

**READ THE ACTUAL REVIEWS -- THERE ARE SOME 4 AND 5 STAR REVIEWS FOR UNITS THAT DIDN'T WORK CORRECTLY OR BURNED UP THE CONNECTORS BUT BUYERS GOT REFUNDS AND SUBSEQUENTLY GAVE 4 OR 5 STAR RATINGS ANYWAY** This drives the ratings for the unit artificially high. Also suggest you look at buyer's comments on the seller (again COMMENTS, not RATINGS) as Bolo has gone back and voided many of the negative seller comments and ratings.On the unit -- where to start? The good -- sound quality is decent and adjustable to match the car and your ear and radio (when used by itself) is good. Think that's about it. Now the bad --- installation instructions are a tiny 15 page booklet about the size of a index card that covers at least six different radios. No real installation guidelines just an ID of the wires and the rest is "figure it out yourself". Virtually no instructions on how to operate it or load anything into it other than a two or three word explanation of each manual or screen "button". Print in the manual is so small you can barely read it. No instructions on how to pair phone or do things like load your phone book or look at text messages. Can't get the mirror function to work at all. When using bluetooth on more than one program (like using maps and playing music at the same time) the unit cuts out and can stay off for up to a couple of minutes before coming back on --- usually erratically with bursts of sound interrupted by stretches of silence. The screen touch is very sensitive so you'll find that you call a phone number when you're trying to scroll down the list (on those rare occasions when the scrolling function actually works, etc.). In the end -- spend the extra $$ and get a name brand unit that has viable users manuals and support.I found the customer support responsive and did receive a full refund direct from supplier.

I've only had the unit installed for a few days, but so far it is very nice to have in my Chevy Lumina for the price. Love the Apple Carplay feature (the main reason I purchased). It definitely is not as great as some of the name brands but its nice for the price and it fits great in a single din slot. Once again can't beat the price. Will update after using for a few more months or so.
No AM Radio

All info is given in enclosed manual.I will need to extend the lead to the reversing camera as my vehicle is over 6m in length.Contacted the supplier about wiring the reversing camera. Very helpful reply with a short ‘bench set up ‘ video.
