I usually use a different brand of cream for my face, but I decided to try something different something the value for your money so when I found this and read the reviews, I decided I wanted to try it after washing my face and applying a thin layer of this cream I was hooked! It’s very moisturizing, and it does not leave your skin looking and feeling greasy. It absorbs very nicely into the skin. It comes out, feeling kind of thick, but whenever you start rubbing into the skin, it thins out nicely. I have not had any skin irritation or reaction to this Truly made for sensitive skin. I even use this on my seventh month old face because he has cradle cap on his forehead, and it has truly changed his skin. The skin is now very soft and moisturize. I use this every day when I wash my face at night. I use it on other parts of my body to like my hands in my elbows as those tend to crack and get uncomfortable, especially during the winter overall this is a great face cream and full body cream. The only thing I dislike about it is how short the pump is inside. I wish they would add a longer pump inside that way I can reach the bottom instead of stopping halfway, it becomes more of a hassle having to open it to scoop out the product instead of having the pump.

If you just want a really good moisturizer with no SPF that soaks in fast, this is it. It’s super gentle, no scent, doesn’t clog pores, and leaves my skin soft, not greasy. I use it on my face, décolletage, hands, and elbows, and it never irritates. The pump is a nice bonus. Simple, clean, and it works.

This is hands down one of the best moisturizers I’ve ever used. I have very sensitive skin and have struggled to find a cream that’s deeply hydrating without causing irritation, Vanicream is it. No fragrance, no dyes, no nonsense, just pure, moisture.The texture is thick but spreads easily and absorbs well without feeling greasy. It’s amazing for dry patches, eczema, and even post-shaving. I use it on both my face and body, and the pump dispenser makes it super convenient and mess-free. If you have sensitive, dry, or reactive skin, I can’t recommend this enough. It’s a staple in my skincare routine now!

I have a ton of skin issues - rosacea, psoriasis, eczema, acne to name a few. I've been using tretinoin for several months to keep the acne under control and have tried every moisturizer people rave about online for being gentle when on tretinoin, and this is the first one that actually fits the bill.I was most often recommended CeraVe products, but all of those, known for being gentle, still irritated my skin. They left me red and burning, to the point that most days I would just skip moisturizer altogether, which wasn't helping anything. And the CeraVe ones were the best of what I tried.Finally gave Vanicream a try when my dermatologist switched me from tretinoin to isotretinoin (Accutane). I have tried well over a dozen different moisturizers and I am kind of shocked by how good this feels. There isn't the tiniest hint of burn or irritation, and it's still heavy and thick like you want on really intensive skin medication.The only downside is I HATE the smell. It's unscented, but the way it smells... I don't even have anything to compare it to. It reminds me of a nursing home or something. I find it really unpleasant but that's a small price to pay for finally having a thick, heavy, good quality moisturizer that doesn't burn my sensitive skin. Will absolutely be keeping this in rotation.

This is a superior product - dr. recommended - no fragrance, very good for dry skin, or combination type skin. I've used it for years. But the one annoying factor of the item with the pump dispenser is that the pump is TOO short. When you get to about an inch from the bottom of the cream, the pump does not reach & you have to unscrew the product to utilize the rest of the cream. This would seem to be a fixable defect in an otherwise great product. So i gave 4 stars, when it should have had 5. VaniCream is very very good - esp because of all of the stuff it does NOT have in it. I hope the manufacturer fixes this issue. If you want a pump dispenser, you should not have to unscrew the product to get to the cream at the bottom. That would just be wasteful for us, as consumers. I hope they can fix it.

I’m so happy I discovered vani cream a year ago. I was dealing with severe dry, flaky skin due to immunosuppressants. This cream is SUPER moisturizing and helped heal my dry skin. (I also used this along with Vaseline, amazing combo) I had a smaller bottle that I was able to make last a whole year but I love this one that I just purchased, I know I will get my moneys worth out of it for years. Size is on the bigger size so definitely more for at home use than travel. But the bottle works well, no clogs, sturdy, and completely functional. I would recommend vani cream to anyone that is having skin issues, this really helps and it’s free from fragrances.
