I rotated it out of my routine along with another suppliment and found my hair falling out again. I added both back in to my routine and my hair stopped falling out again. I ran out of the other suppliment eventually, but my hair is still intact. So yeah! I'll be keeping this one in my routine.

This works great for PCOS! I take 1 every day and have successfully regulated hormones naturally along with inositol. It took several months but feeling so much better!

I have PCOS, so I grabbed these to start seeing if the spearmint will help with my hormones. I have tried Spearmint tea, which is delicious, but it's hard for me to drink that much every day - I can't stick with it. These are very easy to take, and I already have morning medicine, so it is very easy to stick with. I've only finished 1 bottle at this point, so it's inconclusive for my needs - it usually takes months of use to notice any change in body hair.I haven't had any issues with taking this or noticeable changes in anything. No stomach upset or anything like that. The worst part is that 3 capsules are a single serving, but they aren't too hard to take - they go down pretty easily.I will get these again to keep going on my journey.Pay attention to the serving size if you are trying to find something cheaper - these are 1000 mg. These seem to be priced fairly. The significantly cheaper alternatives are much lower doses (400mg) so it may or may not be beneficial to find another option depending on how much you need.
