Very nice blend of quality cocoas that work well in many recipes. I use this for cookies, cakes, and ice creams and it works well in everything. The bag does reseal but is annoying so I store the cocoa in a quart mason jar that is easier to scoop from.

My partner has a strong sensitive chocolate palate & requested King Arthur Triple Cocoa Blend to be used for all future chocolate ice cream.
