I have been taking these for at least 3 years now. Before they came out with this liposomal product I was taking their regular multivitamin. I have recommended these and this brand to my family members. I trust this brand. These make me feel healthy, I don’t know how else to put it. I also supplement with a greens/veggie powder to make sure I get enough greens daily and a fruits powder, though not as regularly. My blood test scores are in the normal range and I attribute that to these vitamins.

These have been a changer for me. I have intestinal issues, and these vitamins absorb much better so you know you are getting the vitamins you need. Recommend!

This multivitamin for women 50+ caught my eye as the supplement contains many nutrients in liposomal form, making them more likely absorbed. Also, I was impressed that it contains methylated folate and B12, making them easily absorbed. However, I’m a bit concerned with the inclusion of Iron, as that is not typically recommended for post menopausal women. I have not found any current studies recommending iron supplementation for post menopausal women.

Easy to swallow & gives me all that I need. I love this product. I’ve been using this for about a year. Then I stopped. Saw the difference, so now I’m back on them. Great for woman my age 54 & loving it!!!!

I'm a cancer patient and my energy level been quite low. I started taking these vitamins a few weeks now along with my everyday meds and my energy level has improved significantly. I'm usually out of breath from showers or just moving around. I have to say as of today I walk faster without being out of breath. I definitely recommend giving these vitamins a try.
