I wanted to start by saying "I never write reviews!!!" This product is soooooo good, that I couldn't remain silent.I'm a clean freak! So my fridge never has things rotting in it and all the smelly stuff is placed in sealed containers/ziplock. The past few weeks I noticed a weird smell that continued to worsen throughout the days... I had no clue where the source of the smell from HELL came from??? I did a deep clean of the whole refrigerator! Inside and out!!! Even scrubbed that little drip catcher behind the fridge! Wiped and washed everything before placing it back. Bought new boxes of baking soda. Placed 2 in the top and 2 in the bottom. Mind you, I have a compact sized refrigerator. A week goes by and it's still bad! I had to dump my ice... butter... bread(it's normal here in Hawai'i to refrigerate bread)... That horrid smell permeated everything!!! I was pissed and desperate! I did a quick search on Bolo and this product caught my attention! From all the reviews, I was SOLD! Purchased only one not knowing what to expect? It arrived a day earlier than expected. So YAAAAY! I simply opened the box and placed it inside my fridge moving it from the bottom to the freezer after an hour each. The smell is almost undetectable!!! I have no clue what sorcery is going on... but whatever it is... I'M ELATED!!!! A plus... the product says it's good for TEN YEARS!!! Like wtf?!?!So... if you find yourself in a similar predicament... DON'T HESITATE!!! BUY NOW!!!!

I bought this and showed it to my wife - she laughed when she saw it - "that's not going to work!". Well, I put it in the back of our refrigerator and after a couple of days I asked her if there were still food smells in the fridge. She went and checked and was very surprised - all the smells from food that was uncovered were gone. This thing just works. Fridge smells fresh again and appears to be of high quality construction. All you do is take it out of the package and put in in your fridge - doesn't get easier than that.

I've been using the baking soda fridge box for my whole life. I bought a couple of these to try, one is freezer, one in the fridge. I can say it really works. No artificial scent. And it's small. I wasn't sure it would work. But it does. I had some leftover garlicy pizza - put it in the fridge and the nice morning expected to smell it. Nope. I was really surprised. I purchased a couple more for the garage fridge/freezer too. They are a bit overpriced. But. IF they work for 10+ years? Might be better with the price. We shall see. I have the stainless steel version. Small, so easy to place. I have found one works for the fridge and as I mentioned I put one in the freezer next to icemaker. So far so good! Having said all of this, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful. My fridge smelled very bad I cleaned it with chlorine and the olor persisted then I cleaned it with vinegar I removed all the pieces of the fridge and the smell did not go away and looking on Bolo I found this thing for bad smell and you don't have to changing every months and it works the bad odors are gone and I'm going to order more for the closet where we put all shoesEase of use:only take from the box and putting were you need

After moving into a new home and having a refrigerator with an interesting smell, I did some research and came across this product. It’s small, so I was not initially sure how successful it would be. Boy was I wrong; in about a few hours the smell from our refrigerator was completely gone! Amazing product, I can’t wait to order more for some other smaller spaces to see how it works

My fridge started to get a smell and I put it in the door and the smell was gone within a few hours. It has only been in use for a month but so far so good. It is small so it doesn't take up much room, basically it's like a can of pop, and it is more visually appealing than baking soda

I prep vegetables such as jalapeños and onions. Of course I put them in containers. I was hoping this would keep the orders away. It doesn’t. I open my fridge and all I smell is onions. I gave it 3 stars only because it’s stainless steel. So disappointed because it is money wasted.

I had a smell in my refrigerator that would not go away no matter what I tried. It’s only two years old but I was ready to buy a new one because the odor was so bad. This was my last resort, if it didn’t work I was trashing the fridge. It took two or three days but miraculously the smell is completely gone!! Highly recommend!!

But, just yesterday it was placed on our delivery shelf. It was torn open a bit, and I believe it was taken home by someone by mistake. It is a GREAT product!! I purchased it previously and it worked so well in my Florida home refrigerator, I purchased another for my Saudi home!!
Doesnt work
This product is a waste of money.I bought it based on the reviews but it doesnt work.The fridge still smells like food and slices of lemon in it worked better than this product.Do not buy
