As to all other roller catches this us amazing and allows the tension be adjusted! This will not wear out, it's takes a bit of knowledge to install since it embeds into the door but easy enough. A solid value

No directions on how to install, nor were there any templates, otherwise; figured it out and it's exactly what we wanted. These are robust, solid and adjustable. Would purchase again.

Had some ball catchers on the door originally but replaced with the roller catches. Have been silent for over a year. Well Made

This is great for the double doors into our patio. They hold the doors closed well when the door are unlocked, but it doesn’t require much pressure to open the doors.

These things are solid and really well constructed wit lots of adjustability. My only concern is they’re a lot larger than what was originally there and I’ll need to remove a lot of material, making the front and back of the door will be a little thin in that area. But, these things look like they will definitely do the trick. Update I did install them and it wasn’t as thin as I expected, worked great.
