This was a gift for my nephews and they absolutely loved it! They are ages 4& 6 years old! They knew just how to use it too!!

I feel it could've given more options with actually spelling. It might be ok for 1 year olds and 2 year olds but in my opinion that's about it. It has automatic words picked for spelling instead of options.

I bought two of these, a pink and a green, at full price (makes sense, it was before Christmas). You have to press the buttons with different forces to react. Super lightweight (cheap lightweight, not just light) but you get what you pay for; I wasn't expecting a LeapFrog. The biggest thing is the green one gets stuck in a loop at LMNOP before exiting and completing the alphabet. Just got it to them this weekend, so my return window closed a long time ago. My goddaughters are of similar ages, one already knows her ABCs. I guess she'll use the green one. The younger one basically knows them but messes up at the LMNOP part. No need to reinforce confusion. The addition function is cool helps keep it engaging for older children even though it repeats equations a lot. I wouldn't say it's a full on accent, but there is a bit of a "twang" to the voice LOL Don't let your return window close before you test yours out!

I gave this to my great granddaughter who is 3+ and she loves it so much that she takes it everywhere!Also, the price is great!
