Yes I have completely F’d up days, but they don’t exist compared to 99% of AMAZING days.One of my major relapse symptoms is the “MS Hug.” The best way I can explain it is comparing it to a random collapsed lung that usually occurs in the middle normal, stress free conversation 🤣😂🤣.And here comes PoTS. Roughly 5 years ago my MS symptoms changed after contracting C-19 straight from the source in November 2019 after giving a hug to a good friend who returned from his mother’s Funeral in W’han, as the result of a really bad “flu.”Unbeknownst to any of us that mid November Saturday, his tears were real, the sniffles were the result of the OG-19.Needless to say, as an already severely immunocompromised human, I caught it and though “patient zero” was not identified until March 2020 in Washington State, those of us on the East Coast already had it…I’m not going to get into the other side affects of following 2 yrs as it’s irrelevant now, yet cost me my immune system in full.After surviving near death multiple times in 3 months, in January 2020, my normal MS symptoms now included issues w blood pressure, dizziness, severe/prolonged tinnitus, syncope, random nausea, gastrointestinal issues and more.My neuro began to treat me w additional meds. That helped. However 9 months ago a situation triggered additional symptoms, live a cough that refused to go away and nothing helped. That is until I discovered I had PoTS and found these LIFE CHANGING TABLETS!Thank you for this amazing product and giving me a part of my life back.

A must-have for POTS! I drink electrolytes all day, but on flare days, it's still not enough. I can't use the traditional salt tablets that my neurologist recommended because they made me severely nauseated. I have difficulty swallowing, and they'd get hung up in my throat, too. (Very Gross!) But with these, I can chew them up and get the benefits much faster. The taste is a bit strong, but considering how much sodium is in it, that's to be expected. I've found that keeping it in my mouth and chewing it a little over time (like you would a peppermint or lifesaver candy) makes the taste less overwhelming. I recommend these to anyone with POTS or dysautonomia, especially if you have difficulty swallowing. They've been a huge help for me!

I ordered both flavors and I prefer the fruit punch, but both are reasonable palatable. They both have a little bit of bitterness towards the end, more so with the grape. I dehydrate easily so I will keep these handy for in the car, etc. The biggest limitation for me is the amount of sodium, two tablets is only 125 mg. These are easy to carry around and will be handy when there's no alternative, but they are a lot more expensive that a few packets of salt.

Want a quick hit of electrolytes and sodium….this is the thing. I keep them on hand if I can’t get to a drink or in case I forgot my electrolyte drink. I chewed on them when I first started taking them but I’ve found that letting it melt in the mouth is so much better!!

I have pots, I’ve been using other electrolyte drink mixes and decided to give these a try for my upcoming Disney trip. To give you perspective, I was having one of the worst pots flare ups of my life. I was very concerned about how I would feel during this trip, Orlando is very hot during this time of year and there would be a lot of sweating, moving, walking, rides, etc. so I decided to give these a try. The morning of our trip I felt terrible and couldn’t stand longer than 5 minutes, I took these and started to feel better. I continued using them and felt better and better, able to stand in the heat. Able to keep up with others. I cannot believe how NORMAL I feel, and if you have an autoimmune disease, you know exactly what I mean by that. Of course I have other symptoms that electrolytes and salt won’t fix, but for the most part, I feel normal and like I’m not holding anyone back with my symptoms. These are the only thing different that I’ve tried.Oh, and they taste great!

I love these. I DO NOT use them as a main source of hydration, I drink two TRIORAL packets daily with added mio drops for flavor, but if I am feeling off at work and have already had a lot of electrolyte water, I take one of these. I don't even usually need to take two, just one. They definitely taste very strong but duh, I think they taste good and they go down okay. Since I don't take em a lot, 1 bottle of 60 has lasted me 4 months, so very cost effective for me. I'm sure I'll use more in the summer.
