This is a wonderful electric kettle! You can fine tune the temperature since it can be changed by a single degree. You can also chose between Fahrenheit and Celsius. It's relatively fast, easy to use, and I love the fact that there's a temperature hold (as long as it's not set to boiling). The finish is beautiful! It pours nicely without creating drips, and it's size is perfect for my cast iron teapot. I only have food things to say about this kettle!
