I use it several times a week for resealing packages of chips, frozen veggies, bagged salad, etc.Much better than using clips which often come off. Easy to use and quick. Small so you can keep it handy in a drawer. I have given these as gifts to all of my friends.

This product does not work. If I used it sooner I would have returned it. Applying pressure to get it to work, causes the top to disconnect from bottom.

This little gadget is super helpful. I've gotten into food preservation and sort of fell down the rabbit hole of organizational and storage supplies. I mean, it got to where my son banned me from "hoarding" any more. lolI get where he's coming from. I went from normal, camp loving mom who wanted her kids to have good, homemade snacks on hand in case I was busy or my ADD kicked in to going full prepper mode post-Hurricane Harvey and Ice Storm Yuri.While there is absolutely nothing wrong with that and family emergency preparedness should be normalized, my son did have a point: I was accumulating too many "just in case" potential storage items. That's where this little gadget comes in.Pop a AA in, slide the inner cover back a tad to expose the metal bump, and then aim it at the section you want to reseal. Slide it carefully but semi-quickly to seal the bag properly. If you don't apply the right amount of pressure for the right amount of time, your seal won't hold. If you hold it too long, you'll unintentionally chop a section of the bag off. Not a bad thing if that is what you intended but disconcerting if it wasn't.That probably makes it sound like a pain but it really isn't. It just takes a few tries to get it down just right and then you may find yourself looking for things that just need to be sealed better. lolIt's a good little gadget for the price, doesn't take up much space, easy to travel with, and is a helpful, money and product saving gadget.

Worked well straight out of the package, although it takes a little practice to get right!PROS:• No wait time for heating!!• So mini you can easily store it away in an utensil drawer and it’s cute enough to leave out!• Sealed my opened salad kits quickly, even if I had dressing towards the top!• Has a magnet for your fridge or pantry (if you have metal in your pantry, like me) easy access for next use.CONS:• I can easily go straight across but I always seem to miss my starting point by a quarter of an inch.• I’d have given it 5* but I cannot find any assistance for how to consistently seal across the entire package the first time.I’ll post the info if I figure out the trick to better seals on starting points!TIPS:•Check your seals before placing into storage — should keep your items fresh & ready for your next snack/meal when done correctly.•Practice on items to check if what you’re hoping to seal works with this particular sealer.•Read their info!•It’s so small, and moderately made, be careful to not drop it. It might survive from hand to counter but not hand to floor!Glad I finally purchased one… and very happy it works exactly as expected.

Was really not sure when i ordered this. But its a great tool. For keeping my chips and pasts fresh. Or repackaging stuff for a camping trop. So handy that i dont need to dig through the junk drawer it just sticks to the fridge

Doesn't work for very long. I've changed the batteries twice now and still won't work. Waste of money and batteries.
