It looks good, it cooks good, and it is good. Needed a new gas grill and I decided to kick it up a notch. Happy I did. I've only cooked on it a few times and it cooked perfect. Love the storage and the doors below the grill. The sear side of the grill is really a nice feature and cooked the few steaks I cooked perfect. Very happy with the look of the grill but more importantly the quality of the grill. It's nice and heavy and well built. And it's a large grill.Now, as far as putting it together, it was a few hours doing it by myself, but that is what I expected.Very happy so far and would recommend this gas grill.

When it works it’s great but we’ve had this grill a little over a year and have had many times where the propane isn’t making it to the grill and won’t light or the gas flow is so low even on max settings it’s barely warm. This happens and we recheck everything and try and try again and it will work once then the same thing happens. Now we can’t get any light up at all even manually. We grill a lot and depend on our grill especially in the summer because of storms and power outages. Very disappointed in this product.

I purchased this grill on March 4, 2024. On June 29, 2025, I emailed service@royalgourmetusa.com because the grates are all rusting and the flame tamers do not keep the flames from coming up and burning the food that is on the grill. Even if I have the flames at the lowest level, they go outside the flame tamers and burn the food. I even tried bending them out a littler farther thinking that would help, but it did not. As of today, August 5, 2025, I have not heard back from the email that I sent. I like the looks of this grill, but the grates don't last and the flame tamers are pretty much worthless. Our grill is always covered when not in use, so it's not like it's always out in the open. I would not recommend this trill.

The media could not be loaded. I love how it looks and the build. Easily the BEST quality grill I've owned. The session to me is the universal one. You get what you pay for (in general). The sub $200 gas grills just don't last. I'm hoping just one will last longer than 2 years. It sure looks like it will.Bolo delivered it a week earlier than expected. The delivery young man was awesome as he brought it up two flights of stairs leading to my back yard. Great customer service. Then the delivery was perfect. I got confirmations all week. The assembler was prompt and very professional. The complexity of the assembly is quite evident. I could tell he had done many of these. It took him about 3 hours. But the grill was assembled perfectly. He even waited until I hooked up a hose to test the starter. Worked like a charm. I grilled some Pork Ribs and Burgers to test. Though the grill cooks beautifully, it has the ability to get hot really fast if you have even three of the grills fired up. I learned to turn the fire DOWN as soon as you light it. The grill heats very evenly.Rotisserie works like a charm (see video). I was very skeptical it would work as I had a 4.3lbs chicken. The motor worked without issues. I turned the fire down low and the chicken cocked perfectly in about an hour and 15 minutes.. Having large Bar B Que for the 4th so I'm excited to really see what this beast of a grill can do. Since I had it assembled (FREE.99) I have absolutely no minuses at this early ownership stage. I would and did recommend to a friend.
