These are great quality. I would suggest two boxes for more than a family size of 2.

These were quite good; flavorful and cheesy. I only wish there were microwave directions.Not wanting to heat-up the kitchen, I chose to make them on the stove top. I had followed the directions EXCEPT the part about stirring often while the lidded pot was simmering. (Most times when directions require reducing the heat to a simmer and putting a lid on the pot, frequent stirring is NOT required. In my defense, I DID get sidetracked by something else).Anyway, if NOT stirred frequently, the potatoes will stick (and probably burn) to the bottom of the pot. Lesson learned for the next purchase: devote 100% of my attention to these during their 20-minute cooking time. Hence, my reason for wanting set-it-and-forget-it microwave directions. 🙃
