This Dremel is an amazing value given all the accessories it comes with! The kit includes multiple cutting wheels, a high-capacity battery, a charger, and a storage case, making it a fantastic all-in-one package for any DIYer or professional. Even though it's battery-powered, it delivers plenty of juice for any task. I was initially worried about power compared to a corded version, but this tool exceeded my expectations. Not much to say. It's a dremel. Good power, ( as good as any plug in model), long lasting battery.I have an older model. It's many years old, and still working great. I bought this one, more as an impulse buy, ( and to have a second one, to set up, for specific jobs, instead of constantly changing bits).

Nice handy tool. It is a bit bigger than I expected but it is a great feature to operate without a cable.The battery charges up quickly and lasts pretty long.

This is a work horse. Used in a small animal hospital for nail trims. We do many on a daily basis and the battery lasts a long time. It is slightly heavier than the last device that we had, but not too heavy. It has varying speed controls, but we usually use it on high. Easy to use and great value for the money.

I might be the only one who has reviewed this and used it for taxidermy skulls. I clean, whiten, and preserve animal skulls for people as a side business and sometimes edges need to be softened, black pitting in the skull needs to be removed or even a little cutting near the back of the skull. The dremel has been great. It keeps a charge well, handles the little bit of pressure I put on it and has is pretty quiet too. It’s nice to not have a cable attached when moving in awkward positions or often switching positions. Had this a few months and used it quite a bit and pretty happy.

It's a dremel. It does dremelly things. This is a nice unit purchased at a sale price. I don't like the fact that dremel keeps changing their battery config, so batteries from older units can't be used anymore if the tool wears out.

It's a Dremel! Works great. Nice kit. So far I used it with a side cutting bit to enlarge the port in the sheet metal side of Traeger grill to accept newer power controller. Will be trimming and notching some 1/4 inch hex shaft bits next.

I do really like this thing!. I love the brushless motor which just effortless puts out the power from 5k-35Krpm. I can't stall it even with a cut wheel in steel- awesome. Better even then my AC powered Dremels (I have about 6 Dremels, (mostly AC models) used in a machine shop for deburring and cleanup on alum and some steel. A little engraving. Love 'em all.My surprise was how BIG this thing is. Think Electric Carving Knive rather than your old dremel. A picture is attached with the new one at the top, an AC model in the middle and my sick little Stylus at the bottom. Love 'em all for different jobs- use the stylus for PCB rework in the electronics shop. Going to try to replace the cells and see if that brings it back. Its just gutless lately.I started this because my little Cordless stylus went out and I wanted another cordless one. I found this one and I noted that it used the same battery as my small Bosch Drills- great . The last iteration (8220) was close but incompatible- I have tons of Bosch 12V stuff. This thing is really great and will find a nice home somewhere just not a replacement for the stylus. I have a very broken down unit that I use for Chain Saw Sharpening- a cordless would be nice for that. Great tool overall.

No cable tangling while working
Very powerful tool!! Love to work on my art projects with no cable tangling, and battery power is very high. Tool is very powerful and strong to drill through thin metal sheets. Only con is the tool size is a bit big to hold on, but it gets job done.

Multiest Multi Tool
I live in a condo so I have a hand tool based hobby wood workshop that is quiet and compact. Every now and again I do need an electric tool, but never often enough to warrant a whole tool set. This is a great all rounder that gives me the benefit of multiple tools by just changing the bit. Not as good as the full sized tool, but a great compromise for everything I get. It’s also a lot quieter than I expected especially at low RPMs. So it compliments my set up perfectly!
