While this is a pretty faucet, this is the worst Kohler product I've encountered. The motion sensor is slow to respond, if it decides to at all, and is an awkward place. I thought it would sense when your hands were under the faucet and turn on/off appropriately, but no. You have to wave your hand under the high part of the faucet, and like 10% of the time, it'll turn off when your hands are down below. The battery source also didn't work, so I had to buy the plug-in attachment from Kohler to get this thing to work. All in all, avoid this one.
Missing parts and not secured
Bought a faucet. Was just loose in a broken box. I have bought the same faucet and it was missing the foam to secure the faucet. Also missing the retainer ring, washer and o ring. Possibly returned item shipped as new. Could not install and had to return. Waste of my time and money
