This is very tasty and the pasta is a nice consistency. I made it with 1/4 cup whole milk and a tablespoon of Smart Balance Buttery Spread and the sauce came out great. I love that this provides more protein and is a healthier choice than "regular" mac & cheese brands. I'm glad I tried it and will definitely buy more.

Surprisingly tasty - I'm a Kraft guy and I thought these came close. I like that there us extra protein in there - will be trying additional flavors!

I love that there's so much sauce! With other brands, I usually don't use all of the noodles so that I can have what feels like enough sauce. This has the perfect amount with no alterations. The noodles have a good texture, but I usually boil them for a little longer than package directions to get them to my liking. And it tastes good, too! You could hide all of the "healthy" marketing from me, and I'd still choose it based on flavor, texture, and sauciness.
