I use this to help with lichen sclerosis and vaginal atrophy. I use one at night. I tried just the vitamin E alone as I thought the boric acid would be drying. This works better.

So far, so good. I have been using these at least once daily for the past few days. My issue was likely related to the genitourinary syndrome of menopause, and the most debilitating symptom was a boring pain in one hip. I tried a million things like glucosamine, topical arnica, acne treatments - nothing worked. I discovered that a pleasant coincidence of using these suppositories was that the pounding hip pain eased. Now whenever the pain starts, I insert one of these, and. I am good for the next 24 hours. I also use their moisturizing gel with Hyaluronic acid
