It is what it says it is. There is little to no taste with a slight change in texture to whatever you’re drinking but nothing abnormal or excessive. Creatine is a well studied supplement and I have noticed differences in my performance in the gym. Great product overall.

This is a great value for creatine, it’s definitely one of the more price friendly ones but I mean it’s just micronized creatine… they just have it reasonably priced. This is only my 2nd brand of creatine I’ve taken but I can definitely say the difference in taste and smell is night and day. I was taking 1st phorm before and I love their products but their creatine and glutamine have weird tastes even though they’re also unflavored. Bucked up’s creatine taste is virtually nothing, which is exactly what I wanted and expected.Quality is just as good as anybody.Im currently on a weight loss journey and I take this product after every workout and people have told me they notice great muscle gain.The only negative thing I have to say is that it doesn’t really dissolve. I just put it in my shaker and after shaking it I immediately drink the whole thing and that works fine for me.

I’m a late 30s dad who used to be a regular gym rat… After being locked up during covid I became very lazy and gone were the days of working out 4 days a week. Two weeks ago I started back after a 3 year hiatus and it was a slow start, I noticed when I added in creatine my workouts improved significantly, started noticing some size coming back, and perhaps the best part my recovery times were cut in half. I’ll be a regular user. I took with water which for the most part is fine can be grainy but it didn’t bother me, now I add to shakes or iced coffee and it’s great. Great price, and being a skeptic, I’m now a believer… so inexpensive too!

I can’t tell a difference when I’m using this but I’m not sure exactly what I’m looking for or how quickly I should see a difference. It is expensive so for that reason I haven’t purchased it again. It’s great when mixed with some TG info like prime powder but alone i am not a fan. It hardly has a flavor but I’m just so sensitive to flavors. It’s easy to mix and drink and the quality seems great to me. Don’t notice any weird textures when mixed.

I just turned 65. I've worked out 5 days a week for the last 10 years. Because of my age I was noticing that I seemed to be losing strength doing what I had always done. My doctor recommended adding a little more intense workout, but I told him I was already pushing myself. He recommended adding creatine to my daily supplements than. Lean muscle mass is critical as we age and he said this would help without overdoing my workouts. He recommends this brand because it was 3rd party tested, it was the Monohydrate, no additives, and much less expensive than the name brands. I trust him for my health. He's never steered me wrong. Since I've started taking it, I'm not having to drop the poundage of my weights anymore to get through sets. That's progress in my book. Highly recommend for older adults like me. I'm a trainer and I've started recommending it to my clients.

This is my absolute favorite creatine. The quality and ingredients are unmatched and I don’t get bloated like others have done. It mixes well but you really have to stir it (I use a frother and mix it in with my pre workout) no flavor and it’s not chalky or anything.

I bought this for my 17-year-old son who has been spending a lot of time in the gym. I am super paranoid, but I do Have someone who is in sports medicine in the family. Once I reached out to her, she explains that creatine is fine as long as he would take it in moderation And follow directions On the packaging. He has been taking us for about a month and a half now And so far, everything has been going well. This does have a little bit of a sour taste to it. If you just mix it with plain water I would definitely recommend adding either a water flavor shot into it or a packet To drown out that sour taste. But comparing this creatine to others, this is very well priced.
