I have had many others over the years. This one offers the best possible options. I have had it several months. I experienced a pairing problem and called customer service. Of course they tried over the phone to correct it. Once determined that was going to work they immediately sent me a replacement. I not only received it overnight. I got a follow up email to insure I received it and it worked. The customer service was very good probably the best I have ever heard of. I would highly recommend this collar to anyone out there debating which one to buy. And if you are wondering yes the dog responds to the beep and the vibration very well. Only a couple times have I used the shock (set at 20 or less out of 100)

This is a great collar for my little Dachshund. Also a great customer service. I accidently pulled the reset button cover and couldn't get it back in place. My little guy loves to swim so I def. needed it cause i forget to take it off beforehand. Easy to use and he knows what the beeper means cause it gets his attenton.

Absolutely love it and it is as described.. would recommend this product to anyone training there beloved companions and utilizing this training collar for many different things, including barking walking come to command and much much more. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Battery life isn’t great. By the time the dog was done being nervous for a new collar, the battery was dead.

The only thing that would have made it better is it it came with 3 collars like the remote is programmed for other than that it's good I still haven't used the shock optional at this point the beeps usually turn the dogs around
