This is a beautiful top, really nice! It is perfectly cut, clean and polished, not a single scratch nor blemish anywhere! It's perfectly balanced, and spins perfectly! (Black Zirconium core, Stainless Steel rim, about 50 grams in weight, and 1 inch diameter.) It came vacuum packed and in a nice round zippered pocket case which was in a nice box that advertised other tops. This top is excellent, just perfect! I love it! Thanks!

I purchased the model DST-814R because I liked the combination of materials for the stem and the collar. I have never been a spinner and my first attempt was shy of 3 minutes. The design of the top has very low clearance at the edge of the collar. But the balance and quality is very good. Correcting my spin technique took about a week to get consistent. I routinely spin in the 8-10 minute range and getting more in the 10+ minute range now. My longest spin duration has been 11:33 so far.

This large DjuiinoStar Premium Spinning Top is one of six in this company's premium tops line worthy of investigating their material spin properties. All, as a set, are the longest spinning tops from this company. Aside from my variable (manual) initial spin speed, I spin all of them on a concave glass base recording RPMs/min. of each, along with each initial and end spin times, averaging five trial times of each top. I can't imagine finding a better hobby at my age (81) and energy level.

I purchased 3 of these DST-814R spinners for gifts. I was reluctant. These are expensive and I was trying to figure out how I could rip these out of the recipients hands in order to return them if they didn't meet the high quality standard the price deserved.In any case, these were an immediate hit and extremely well made. The precision spin is amazing and the spinners were a huge hit with all 3 recipients!

I like Most of the products this company offers.I have a 5 other tops from them that are just as good with spin times, but cheaper.I have over 60 different tops.It’s a very nice top but a little small for the price.Just looks bigger in the pictures.The Reason why I gave it 3 stars was!The cost to me is too high for what you Get!For $60 it could have been bigger to me around 1.25 inches in diameter, better price would be $40-45.I’ve gotten limited run tops made here for the same price.The best spin time I got only once was 12.30, but consistently does 7-10 on a good spin.It’s not much bigger or a lot different than there $26 ones. I have there stainless Steel and Brass $26 ones. They spin just as long as the$60 one. Even there $10 brass one spins just as well, best time was 12.40.I have the SS version also which was $18.I was hoping to have liked it more!

Works very well - on a concave glass base, I'm getting just over 10 minutes on my first tries - amazingly stable.(Update 19/1: New best time of 12:50... thought it was never going to stop!)
Spins well with a proper base.
It will spin up to the advertised time but you will need a concave glass base for best results. Otherwise I have used a glass screen protector as base, works even better in my experience.I think there’s room for improvement in the design, since between all my techniques, the spin-toss is my favorite. Feels like it should be more refined than that.
