It works amazing. I use the heat for skin contact and I believe that’s how it’s meant to be used. I apply it to my lower back area. I have two herniated disc sciatica and Ubago from my L1 to my L5. I wake up with pain and I go to sleep in pain every single day for the last couple years. I swear I tell you this thing helps alleviate a lot of pain and a lot of pressure that I get. I use it myself when I’m at work and I need to alleviate some pain. This thing comes in handy. There’s six different levels to it. Each one has its own ups and downs pros and cons. Just get used to find your little sweet spot and you’re good to go. Honestly, I only use the heat, but I’m starting to consider using maybe the other Heads on it because they do look decently well-made. Anyways, by the damn thing it’s a good purchase.

This item is of substandard quality. Never worked even once after the initial charge as the instructions recommended. When it was charging it was blinking red and than it turned blue but would not come on regardless of how one manipulated the PW button. They want you to waste your time and call their tech support. But let me tell you if an item that has a push power button requires tech support to turn on, there is something wrong with the item. These problems with these type of products are all too common with Bolo that just keeps flooding the market with cheap chinese crap. Buyers be ware!

This massage gun is wonderful!! It’s very easy to use, I thought it was gonna be bigger, but it’s actually small so it feels good in your hand. All the attachments are perfect, but my personal favorite is the thermacool, it feels hot when you use it like that and feels pretty cold when you use the other mode. 100% recommend it.

What I had hoped for powerful and battery last long
Best Massage Gun I've Found
The media could not be loaded. I've used a few other massage guns before and they either had very poor power, poor battery, or were too heavy and large to hold comfortably for a long period of time. This massage gun from Renpho is comfortable to hold, a bit smaller and lighter than most and has so much power. The Thermacool attachment is amazing as it does heat up and get quite cold and is a fantastic device. I had an issue where the attachment wouldn't power on and contacted Renpho Support and they explained that it likely wasn't pushed in hard enough and sent me a video on how to ensure it was pushed in properly. That solved it and their support was really great. Definitely recommend this device. The Bluetooth connection to the app is nice but not really that useful. Great value for a great massage gun.
