I started taking this as soon as it arrived. First thing I need to mention is that the capsule are very large. They're the biggest ones i take at this point. Also, the dosage calls for four capsules, but I'm breaking that down into two in the AM and two in the evening. My medicines are scheduled that way, so it just fits my setup better.A couple hours after the first dose, I'm feeling a little burpie. I think it's the CoQ10, since my system hasn't done great with it in the past. But I've also never given myself a chance to acclimate to it, so this time I'm going to give it at least a week or two. Next dose I'll be sure to take with some food, because with just some water and my meds my burps are tasting plastic-y.I took the second dose before bed after a late-ish dinner, and didn't notice any adverse side effects.The second day the first dose of the supplement still made me a little burp prone, but i took it with some vanilla wafers in the morning and that helped. I still only took two in the morning, and when I took two at bedtime I again didn't notice any adverse affects.The side effects have not returned. I'm on my third day of taking this supplement, and I am feeling a bit of increased energy. Not doing anything else different than usual, I have to say this might be helping in some way. I've been helping my wife with the camper and going outside the house more simply because my energy is up and I feel more like doing things. The change isn't a miracle amount, but it's noticable.Keep in mind that supplements affect different people in different ways, so your mileage may vary. If you're not too bothered by the potential gastric issues, I'd say give it a try. It definitely seems like it's helping my blood pump a little better even just after a few days.

These vitamins were ruined. I have ordered from the company before, but when I ordered them from Bolo they smelled horrible. After taking them a few days I broke out all over my body with an allergic reaction. All I had done differently was take these vitamins. (I have taken them for years, but this bottle was definitely ruined.) I immediately threw them in the trash after my doctor advised me that this was probably what caused my reaction. It was all over my body.

This is my first time taking a supplement to target BP, so I was unsure what would happen - would it work, would I feel differently? Well, so far, it is working to lower my BP and I feel the same... so I'm on board.

I would not waste your money. They recommend you stack with magnify to see best results; however, it makes no difference. The pills are hard to swallow and smell terrible. I recommend saving your money and investing elsewhere.

I was able to go off blood pressure medications through lifestyle change and proper nutrition. Products like Huge Nutrition's VITAL help keep my BP in the normal range. I researched the ingredients and all of them are applicable for lowering BP or maintaining a healthy one. There may be a few nutrients they didn't include (ie. niacin, omegas), but otherwise they kitchen-sinked it, in a *good* way. My BP has gotten even better since I started taking these.I just have two issues. One, I wish they didn't use artificial colors for the capsules, though I do like the red color. Two, 4 large capsules is a lot to take/swallow. I understand the need though and they can be taken with or without food, all at once or split up. I prefer a dose of 2 in the morning and 2 before bed. You might even be able to get away with a 2 a day maintenance dose if your BP is already good.Made in the USA~ Kort

I decided to try this supplement since the label mentions cardiovascular health, heart health & circulation, and healthy blood pressure. I have controlled high blood pressure and some circulation issues so I thought I’d see if it will help with these problems. I will have to take these until they’re all finished to give a more thorough review, which shouldn’t take long since the serving size is four capsules per day, which amounts to a month’s supply. Thus far I’ve taken them for about a week and haven’t noticed any adverse reactions. I’m taking two in the morning and two at night since the capsules are rather large. (They should be taken with at least 8 oz. of water per the label.) Also, I don’t want to take a chance at taking all four capsules at one time yet in order to give my body a chance to get acclimated to it. Although the capsules are large they go down easily in my case. I don’t have any trouble swallowing them. The ingredients, aside from the FD&C RED #40 and FD&C BLUE #1, seem beneficial for many different things related to heart health. I looked up all of the ingredients and collectively they’re supposed to be good for:Blood sugar levels, high blood pressure, liver function, reducing inflammation, heart failure, fluid buildup, blood vessel calcification, chest pain and a few other things. I’ll continue to take these and see if I notice the benefits. I’ll update this review accordingly.

This company makes good stuff, and is usually on top of it. I bought three different products from them this last go around, and the other two were good. This one was almost 2 years old. Can't trust that lol
