I periodically develop serious pain in my lower back, which my doctor diagnosed as normal inflammation that can come with advanced age (.... I'm 79 years old). When this occurs I take 3 pills, 600 mg total, every night at bedtime. When I awake the next morning the pain is totally gone and lasts throughout the day. I continue this regimen until I feel comfortable again. A fantastic and inexpensive solution.
