I just want to say:Woow!It's my first time that I have a Cinema Lense, and I had in the past Canon Lenses with an aperture of F1.8, and also other of f1.7 but never f1.05!!I'm using it with my Sony FX30!I loved!Recommended.

I use this lens frequently in my interview videography. I didn't want the best lens in the world-just the one I could afford and this lens is great for my needs. I only use it on tripod shots without follow focus attachments. Incredibly fast lens and super shallow depth of field. Has enhanced my work immensely. Thank you for your expedient delivery.

Brilliant build quality, all metal construction (however, there is no weather sealing gasket at the lens mount, typical of cine lenses). The focus and aperture rings turn very smoothly and have IMO the perfect amount of throw. The picture quality wide open is very good but gets razor sharp at about T2.0. The shallow depth of field is dreamy (smooth) showing nice character (due to the special lens coatings). This is an APS-C lens but I'm using it on a full frame Sony a7riv in super 35 mode (which is actually better 4k quality than full frame mode on this particular camera). I have no reservations about recommending this wonderful piece of cine glass. The value for money is excellent!

Bought the 25mm and the 50mm T1.05 Wow what a lens, you do have to be very accurate, also I noticed that if you shoot close the image is softer...which could be used very creatively ..... was able to nail a shot of my puppy at 1.05 wide open, so this lens does perform but you need to be up to the task !
