I have recently become a Naturlite so am always seeking foods that have a shorter and more pure ingredient list. I tried this Spicy Soy Noodle first and love it! it is so easy to make and packs a great flavor! Knowing it is made of good ingredients makes me love it all the more. I added some frozen peas and carrots and chopped up a chicken tender to add some more protein and versatility one time and an egg and scallions another time but loved it just plain. Great wide, wavy noodles with a great texture and bite. Heat was just right but I might get some of his chili crunch to try in the future. I look forward to exploring more of the product line. Super quick and easy. Tasty too. These are endlessly customizable. Toss on a soft cooked egg, some meatballs or maybe some sliced chicken breast. If you want a little extra spice, drizzle with a little chili oil and add a bit of crunch! Love them!!

These noodles are great if you add a few extra steps. 4 minutes increased to 7 mins for perfect texture if living in US Southeast. Drain. Heat skillet and add contents of flavor packet and Black Sesame Seed. Toss in noodles until everything looks to be married together. Transfer to any cool serving dish. If the flavor has too much bite, pour melted butter over finished product. Soothes it down. Fun purchase!!

My daughter adores these. I buy them 4 packs at a time. If they go on sale, I stock up. They smell amazing when cooked. My daughter eats them all the time. She said these are going to college with her. These seem to be better quality than other ramens. Very easy to make.

The noodles have potential. I appreciate that they aren't deep fried like most instant ramen/noodle types. Unfortunately, the flavor is pretty bland, and I don't accept that the reasoning is so people can build up the flavor profile if they want (at consumer cost only). I tried several times with different amounts of the sauce, and all I could feel was my lips tingling and a slippery feeling of the oil. By that example, I would not pay extra for that supposed wonderful crunchy topping. It is empty calories, not filling at all. And a horrible sodium intake.For the cost, and the size of the portions, I am going to say that this would be my last resort for food.Also, there is no indication anywhere on the packaging that it is recyclable or compostable, which should be a requirement nowadays; we are in 2025. I don't really give any cares for the look or design of the package. This is a deal breaker for me. At least with the uber cheap major insta-ramen brands, I'm not wasting my time.

My son who is a very picky eater enjoys this. It has only a handful of ingredients unlike other package noodle brands. We like the simplicity of it and it takes less than 5 minutes to make. Boil some water, throw noodles in, strain and add packets. Simple to make and tastes great.

I kept getting these stomach growling inducing ads for these noodles, so I had to try them. I did not find them in any of my local stores, but Bolo had them, though they were on back order. I got them in about a month and was excited to try. I made them with just the included ingredients, (noodles and sauce) ( there are several recommended recipes on the bag) When I first opened the noodles and sauce they smelled good so I thought they would smell even better after it was cooked. I followed the recommended microwave directions. I found the noodles to be rubbery and the included sauce was not enough to coat the noodles. and just kinda got absorbed by the noodles which made the noodles a weird hard sticky playdoh type texture. Though the smell was truly appetizing, the flavor was seriously lacking. I offered some to my hovering teens , who have made any and every type of noodle/ramen a staple to theirdiets. They immediately spit it out and asked me how I could ruin noodles! LOL! My daughter who considers herself a noodle connoisseur, made a pack of her own. She apologized to me and said these are just bad. Definitely, not worth the wait or the price. She gave the remaining bags to her school friends. They are quick to make and would make a great afterschool snack before afterschool activities. These teens who were "starving" and would eat just about anything available , would NOT eat this.

Best ramen out there. Nothing comes close to this product as far as store bought ramen goes. Mix it with some spicy crunchy chili flakes and be happy eating dinner. Very easy to cook and takes about 8 minutes complete start to complete finish
