PowerColor Fighter AMD Radeon RX 6500XT Gaming Graphics Card with 4GB GDDR6 Memory
Reviews:
5.0 out of 5 stars SUPER STRONG PRICE TO PERFORMANCE. Ideal starting point for PC gaming
Great value for the performance provided. I bought this card to play borderlands 4. I have upgraded from a Nvidia RTX 2080 TI to this card. The RDNA 4 GPU allows for frame gen and FSR4 allowing this card to punch above its modest sub $400 price tag. It isn't a huge card either making it perfect for those with smaller cases. In an era of power hungry monsters the size of a cider block it is nice to see a GPU "For the people". YES you can get more power and push your games to the max, but there is a concept of diminishing returns. Throwing a card that $200-$400 more for an RX9070 XT will get you more performance, but the visuals on most AAA games don't look much different on High settings to MAX settings.Simple installation, with only a single 8 Pin power booster is needed. Its fairly quietI am struggling to think of a down side to this product for its target mid-range gaming PC.**REVIEWERS NOTE** Performance for my rig might be higher than Nvidia GPUs as I run Linux and AMD supports open sourced drivers and OS's more, and updates for Linux more often than Nvidia. I cannot speak to Windows Performance, but it is likely very similar if not slightly better.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great gpu
Easy to install, looks great, performs like it should. All in all this card is great.I will mention that I ordered this originally and the card did not work, there was artifacts and couldn't see the display at all. But Bolo gave me a refund within 10 days and I was able to order another one and this one was great. Definitely a fluke but it happens. I'm glad I still went with this model. The price for the quality is awesome.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great Card!
I just upgraded to this RX 9060 XT graphics card, and it has completely changed my gaming experience. The graphics quality is stunning. I'm running all my new games, like Call of Duty and Escape from Tarkov on ultra settings, and the visuals are incredibly sharp and realistic. The speed is exactly what I was hoping for. I'm getting super high frame rates, and all my games feel buttery smooth with no stuttering. The functionality has been flawless. The ease of installation was simple; it clicked right into my motherboard, and the drivers were easy to download. It has the HDMI port I needed for my main monitor. The card itself feels very well built with a solid back plate, so I'm not worried about its durability.Overall, this is a fantastically fast and powerful card that delivers amazing graphics quality.
4.0 out of 5 stars Very nice GPU at a decent price.
Cool and quiet. Great performance. Measly lack of RGB.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great Card, Great Temps
Haven't even manual OC'd, yet, and I'm satisfied with performance. I play 4k single player games. Ran RDR2 and Cyberpunk 2077 benchmarks highest GPU temp was 61, GPU hotspot 79, and Mem 78 at stock OC 317 watts. Super quiet but I'm not the best judge because my old card was a blower style jet engine. I can't tell without looking if it's my noctua CPU cooler fans or GPU fans. Both pretty quiet. Don't feel the need review after manual OC as most will just run out of the box settings and this card won't disappoint there. But can't wait to undervolt and has a dual bios switch in case you want to flash the red devil vbios over the stock silent bios without having to worry about bricking the card.
5.0 out of 5 stars A Great Choice!
RE: Powercolor Hellhound 9070 xtThere was no question on the card I wanted but in the beginning that didn't seem possible, so I put my expectations of a hellhound aside and looked at what else was out there, the pulse seemed like it would be available, but not so much in the US. I decided to wait for a hellhound opportunity and I’m so glad I did, one became available on Bolo at $20.00 over MSRP and I jumped on it.I picked the hellhound because it’s a great example of engineering at its best (this card is replacing a hellhound 7900 GRE which ultimately sold me on this design). The weight (2.6 lbs., no additional support required), dimensions (uses 2.5 slots and fits most midsize cases), great thermals, quiet, factory OC and dual 8 pin power connectors are the properties I was hoping to find, and again hellhound didn’t disappoint. I use a custom fan setting (see picture) which keeps the memory junction temps (hot spot) at 80-84c on full load and the GPU temps generally stay in the low fifties. The games I generally play on this machine are; Doom Eternal, Doom the Dark Ages, Halo Infinite and Avatar FOP. With the 9070 xt GPU set at stock (No OC) I experienced the following performance: (Game settings are the same used by the 7900 GRE for comparison purposes)Doom Eternal --19% increase over the 7900 GRE (8% OC)Halo Infinite -- 30% increase over the 7900 GRE (8% OC)Avatar FOP -- 29% increase over the 7900 GRE (8% OC)Doom the Dark Ages -- 110 FPS (TAA native) QHD all settings Ultra-Nightmare(new game not played with the 7900 GRE)Furmark2 Bench (open GL, QHD) -- 11% increase over the 7900 GRE (8% OC)Furmark2 Bench (open GL, QHD) -- 20% increase over the 7900 GRE (stock)3dMark Time Spy -- 20% increase over the 7900 GRE (8% OC)(no data on the 7900 GRE (stock) using Time Spy)I highly recommend the hellhound 9070 xt for anyone looking for an upper midrange card and wants the best design and quality available:*Uses only 2.5 slots and dimensions work for most midsize cases - Check*Weights only 2.6 lbs., no additional support needed – Check*Great thermals, default settings are ok but using a custom fan setting keeps this card extra cool (see picture) – Check*Factory OC, perfect for stock or overclocking – Check*Quiet, I can't hear the fans over the CPU cooler and has zero coil whine – Check*Dual 8 pin power connecters, no 12-pin cable to worry about - Check
Excellent as an eGPU
Bought this for an eGPU setup with a Rog Ally X so I can't attest to it's desktop performance, however happy to report it works wonderfully as an eGPU in a Thunderbolt 3 dock.Installation was plug-and-play with the Ally X automatically detecting the 9060XT in Adrenaline and connecting successfully to the monitor, which is in stark contrast to many reports online about older AMD GPU's causing driver conflicts with the Ally X's iGPU on the Z1E chip.In an eGPU setup I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised. I wasn't expecting desktop-levels of performance with Thunderbolt bottlenecking the 9060XT, but what it can do is impressive - it's plenty enough to take the games the Ally X may have struggled with getting a stable 60fps in 1080p and even them at to 60fps in 4K on a monitor.A couple of gameplay benchmarks:Spider-Man Miles Morales: High Settings, 4K, 70-80fps with FSR Frame Gen.Spider-Man 2: High Settings, 4K, 60-75fps with FSR Frame Gen.Cyberpunk 2077: High Settings, 4K, 90-110fps with AMD Fluid Motion Frames in Adrenaline (FSR FG implementation in Cyberpunk is famously borked and doesn't work, at least on the Ally X)Elden Ring: Max Settings, 4K, 55-60fps. Locked 60fps if using Lossless Scaling Framegen in adaptive mode. Now the reason I haven't provided 1440p real-world testing benchmarks is because on my eGPU setup there are absolutely no performance gains to be had lowering to 1440p. Whether this is a happy little side-effect of the Thunderbolt bottleneck caused by my eGPU dock keeping a portion of that 16GB of VRAM free to be dedicated to the output resolution or something else I have no idea, all I know is this card has turned a docked 1080p handheld in to a docked 4K monster which can keep up with the Series X and PS5. The only drawback I've discovered is that there is no way in hell I'm getting ray tracing running on this eGPU setup - any attempt to enable ray tracing in games will either slow the game to a crawl or crash it entirely - I imagine that this is the Thunderbolt bottleneck killing it rather than the card itself though.Ultimately, for what I bought I'm very pleased with it. As mentioned I can't attest to how good this card is in a desktop and I probably never will use it in a desktop as I have a 4080 for that, but if you're looking for an eGPU for a dock to stick in to a laptop, mini-pc or handheld I don't think you'll go wrong getting the 9060XT.
Prezzo ultra competitivo, prestazioni davvero buone
Preis/Leistung
für gut 80,-€ super Leistung, nutze die Karte für WOT, dort reicht es problemlos für die höchste Auflösung
GPU molto potente, davvero ottima!
