I've been taking this for a couple years and it's the best! I have more energy and don't seem to need as much sleep. I told a family member about it and she can only take one pill because it gives her so much energy. The dosage is 3 pills. Pills are kind of big but are very smooth and go down easy. This product does not upset my stomach or make me queasy when I take it in the morning on an empty stomach. I suppose it has a little smell but not much at all and I don't taste anything because, well...you just swallow it not chew it.

I had been taking the original MagBlue for 8 months or so and ran out. I ordered it on Bolo that was supposed to be only a “label change” but sane formula (indicated only after I received it) However after taking the recommended 3 tablet dose I got violently sick with vomiting and diarrhea constant throughout the night. Thinking it was a virus I took it again but only 2 tablets a few days later had diarrhea again that whole night. After reading the reviews here I realized others have the same problem. Then I read the label more closely and there is an added ingredient “Shoden Ashwagandha” of which caused the allergic reaction that I had. So be VERY careful with this product and it is NOT the same even though the note when it comes says that it is!! I could not get my money back either since purchased on Bolo. Very disappointed.

When you take east to swallow but you should take your potassium with it also for them to work right been taking for years vitamin D!
