We absolutely love this product!! I say âweâ because my daughter who is into all things face-care was the first to buy it. For myself, as a CPAP user who wakes up with lines on my face from the straps on my face mask, using this product settles down those lines and refreshes my face every morning! No regrets! I was getting tired of wasting water every day filling up a bowl with ice so this is a great alternative to that. Easy to use, just fill it up with water through the top hole and pop it in the freezer. I've seen inflammation improvement within the first week of usage.

I guess you get what you pay for. The product picture featured a flower, so I thought thatâs what it would look like. I scrolled and found the flower type that I like and bought it. Now I realize thereâs no use because there is no flower. Itâs just a plastic container. Itâs not very functional because the hole at the top will leak all the water out if it tipped over in your freezer. My daughter has one with a small cover over the top so the water doesnât leak out. I wish this one had that feature. Itâs also much smaller than I expected, and because the whole thing is rubber, itâs really hard to pull apart once frozen.

Easy to use! Iâve been using all kinds of methods like putting water in a bag and freezing it, and putting water in deodorant and freezing it, and a couple other ways but they were all a hassle! This is easy, simple to use, and quick.

It is not serving its purposeThe silicon container gets too cold to holdAlso you always need a towel with you as it will wet your clothes as ice meltsAlso it leaks, it does not achieve the shape shownOpening cap becomes tight when freezed,Entire water leaks out.Completely useless product.
Product is nice; but wrong colour delivered which is non-returnable/replacable.
I ordered purple colour. But received blue ones which is not in the options. Requesting to seller please be careful while sending items since these are non-refundable or provide replacement option or don't give any colour options to select. It's hampering reputation of seller & Bolo too. Though item is very good ; I'm afraiding to reorder from the same seller again for colour confusion. Hope this review comments will be considered.
Works well
Different than what shown on the picture here. But this mould works pretty well, if we follow their instructions. Once the ice is formed, you need to put this mould outside the refrigerator (room temperature) for 5-10 mins. And then you can open the cap easily.
