Took me a little while to install, but only because I was being very careful to not mess something up, especially connecting the wire, but it's really not hard to do. My husband kept asking if I needed help, and I said no I can do it. Just follow the instructions carefully, and it's pretty easy. You do not need to drill holes like one review said. They weren't reading the instructions right or something. There may also be parts you don't need. After installation, our door is actually closing better than it did. I'm thankful I was able to use our strike plate already on the door frame, because the one that comes with this product is longer. Our shorter strike plate did not hurt insulation at all, because the dead bolt was the same size. There's not a thing that I don't like about this except the white keys. It shows dirty fingerprints. I came in from the garden, and got the keys really dirty, but a drop of dish detergent on a paper towel, barely wet, removed the dirt just fine. Overtime, I'm afraid they're going to look yucky, but I really don't know what other color would work. Make sure you don't put the batteries in it before you install. I recommend turning off the beeping sounds, because it will run your battery down faster. We also turned the auto lock feature off so that we can go outside on the porch, or out to the car when needed, and not have to put a code in every time. This is sure to save on batteries too. Oh, and don't forget to get a matching door knob. Another big plus is our teen can get in when we are not home. I've yet to give him a house key. I don't think he's responsible enough to keep up with it. This is such a great value too. Just keeping my fingers crossed that it last longer than 5 weeks like another review said. I highly recommend. If anything changes in the next few months, I will update this review, but right now I'm planning on ordering a second one for our back door.

I am so glad I bought this. I have 3 teenagers and let me tell you about lost keys. I've replaced my door knob several times over lost keys. I decided I wanted something I would not have to replace. This deadbolt is super easy to use and program. All of the kids have their own code and I hold the master code. I've programmed one time use codes as a back up but have not used this function yet. My door opening was not changed. The design is attractive and flows well with my door. This model does not have fingerprint recognition as I didn't want to constantly change some out fingerprints are always messed up from work and such. This gives me a higher sense of security since I programmed to auto lock after 10 seconds. I'm not sure about the battery life. I'll update once I need to change the batteries.

Just installed the Teeho electronic door lock. This is a superior product. Incredible instructions! Installed it from scratching in 30 minutes. Added two entry codes and it works great. I am so impressed with the quality. The installation and master code setup was so easy to read and understand. Appreciate the big bold text and clear graphics on the documentation. I can only give 5 stars but this product is a 10. Thank You!

Pretty solid lock. Installation was pretty straight forward. I'm not sure why they had extra screws, and for whatever reason they didn't screw down the key mechanism. The screw fell behind a box when I was installing and thought it was going to be an issue. No issues after that. This is not a luck that connects to an app, so you have to program your codes by entering a master code that you have to change, then you can enter and delete individual user codes. There is no way to see who is using each code or time of entry. Works great for me for a licked closet where I keep certain home defense products handy. I haven't had it long enough to see about battery life.

Literally one of the best things I have ever bought! It saves me from having to make keys when someone loses them or changing locks when someone moves out! If someone arrives at my home and is waiting for me so can give them the guest code to get in and change it later to avoid giving out our main code. It helps me to avoid digging thru my pockets and bags for keys to get into the house. I really wish I had invested in one so much sooner! The price was excellent as is the quality! I have had no issues changing the code, the instructions are so simple and installing it was also basic and simple! It has been great accessing my house so easily and it has already paid for itself since I haven’t had to change the locks 4 times!

I bought this for a side entry door, but it would be perfect for a front door too. It has a nice design, and installation was really easy. The instruction booklet is easy to understand. There is an auto lock feature that is really nice, and you can set multiple user codes. I’m very impressed, especially for the price point.

really easy to install, comes with everything you need. Have lot space for individual codes (20). Since it have limited bottoms you need to get used to the code patter while adding/ removing/ programing, but instructions are really clear. Will recommend. Used four (4) double A batteries, not included.

Update: Setup was awful. The install video was easy to understand. The hardware was not functional at all. We struggled to get the long silver screws into the screw holes. We removed the lock from the door only to find that the holes where the screws go, was not able to properly house the screws. By the time we got the entire thing secured to the door, the manual mechanism worked but the power lock for keyless entry did not work. Husband fixed it but the ordeal took longer than expected, it was worth it.

Reemplazamos por uno de Bolo basics que fallo por completo despues de menos de dos años. Este esta hasta mejor que este, ojala que dura mucho tiempo. La opcion de auto-cierre es muy confiable, instalacion sencillo y hasta ahora la programación fue muy fácil. 100% recomendable para cerradura sencilla donde ya no tienes que usar llave pero no quieres conectar via wifi.

I installed this TEEHO keyless door lock in February and have been really happy with it so far. The setup was straightforward and didn’t take more than 20–30 minutes. The instructions were clear, and all the necessary parts were included.The keypad works reliably, and the auto-lock feature is a lifesaver—I never have to worry about whether I forgot to lock the door. I wouldn't call this a DIY installation, had a carpenter install it, once installed I love it. Can set auto lock after 3 seconds. Instructions whilst not hard to understand a bit hard to read as very small writing to all fit on one page. Installed for 2 months now with no issues.
