I'm a daily matcha drinker and just tried this matcha for the first time. I'm so impressed! It's a beautiful bright green color, and had a strong clean matcha scent straight from the package. I make matcha lattes with oat milk and honey, and my latte this morning is just perfect.My technique: add hot (not boiling) water to 1.5 teaspoons of matcha. Whisk with an electric whisk. Add 4 tablespoons of locally sourced honey (helps your immune system develop tolerance for local strains of colds and viruses). Whisk again. Pour cold oat milk over ice, then pour my whisked matcha and honey over the oat milk. Shake it up in my thermos and I'm ready to go.This matcha was a little pricier than the last one I tried and it's totally worth it. I've actually paid insane amounts of money for matcha before and this one is relatively affordable, especially for the larger amount. I store mine tightly sealed in the fridge, and drink it every day so I'm sure I'll run through it before it goes bad.I have psoriasis and hydradenitis suppurativa, an immune system disorder that causes me to have very bad skin issues. I've been using matcha as a medicine for years now and the longer I use it the better my skin becomes. The matcha is also great for keeping my waist trim. It has so many health benefits, it's just undeniable. And I love that I can drink it and get a good caffeine content without risking the caffeine crash of coffee or espresso.This is awesome. If you're trying to decide, just decide to buy this matcha. It's the real deal.

The bag can be a little irritating at times, but I understand it’s designed to keep the matcha fresh, which is important for maintaining its flavor and color. Excellent! I’ve tried matcha from other coffee shops but never really liked it, I decided to buy a can and make my own. This is so good! I used coconut milk and a little maple syrup and it’s excellent!!!!! Definitely recommend ! It’s not bitter at all it has umami notes.I don’t like the bag it comes in because I don’t like leaving matcha behind. I would prefer it in the can sealed.

Very nice looking kettle and large enough for most uses. The metal is not thick, but not as thin as I have seen, and is brushed stainless steel. I've never seen a manufacturer go to such lengths to avoid disclosing what a part is made of, but there is no indication what the handle is made of although we know it has a wood grain texture and is coated in silicone.....I will assume that whatever it is, it will melt when exposed to a flame if not burst into a flame itself....they wouldn't have coated it in silicone if it didn't. It gets irritating, and took a star off for failure to disclose product information even though I like the size of the handle and feel it is an attractive addition to the overall design. Looks nice on my black glass stove top and I love that it holds 3.1 quarts.

I buy the superior blend and I think it’s great, not the most vibrant in color but definitely beginner friendly I highly recommend if you’re barely starting out! It’s creamy with a slight umami taste, slight bitterness as well, depending on how much powder you add, but the taste is still great for the price!:)

Taste incredible. Color perfect. Amount in the jar is great.This was the first ceremonial matcha I tried and I love it you don’t need to look for another. I drink temple coffee and pause coffee matcha and this one is so much better. I make one every morning and sometimes as a midday drink. I keep mine in the fridge to keep it fresh!I suggest using a matcha whisk to blend it out, it become so frothy and rich.I also save about $230 each month by making my own matcha and it tastes the way I want it each time! One package makes about 20 cups of matcha.

This is hands down the best matcha I’ve tried — and while I haven’t tested every brand out there, I can absolutely tell the difference compared to the others I’ve used in the past. It gives me clean, focused energy without the jitters, and it helps keep me calm and clear-headed at work.The taste is delicious, especially with a little honey. I make mine daily with almond or oat milk, a splash of almond coffee creamer, honey, and a dash of cinnamon. It’s my go-to routine and worth every penny!
