The fragrance is a natural lemongrass in my opinion, even though it says it's a lemon lime. Either way, it's a refreshing citrus.It's coconut oil based, and it gets sudsy with water.

Love this easy-to-use Honey combo shampoo and conditioner bar except don’t get it in your eyes; it really stings. My hair had become so dried out and I had to use several products to keep it manageable after washing and applying any conditioner with the other brands shampoo and conditioners I was using. I stick with cruelty-free fragrance free products. After using this Honey bar, I only towel dry my short hair and it is soft and shiny. I go 2 days between shampooing now. I have very sensitive skin and several allergies. So far after using twice, no irritation or itchy scalp. In the morning, after sleeping all night, my hair is not sticking out all weird. My natural hair was blond, but with aging, turned whitish grey and looked and felt so dry that I kept trimming it very short. I began coloring it close to my natural color since I didn’t like the white-grey and coloring my hair several times to try to find a good shade on me that looks natural, has made it more dried out. Now I am happy and feel better about my hair since it looks and feels soft; and maybe I can now try to grow it longer. Glad not to have more plastic bottles too!! Only 4 stars because of the eye burning. But will keep using.

So I'm lazy. Naturally this means I went looking for a quicker way to shampoo AND condition my hair, but I fell in love with the whole bar shampoo idea + the lack of plastic is nice, so I began my hunt for a 2:1 BAR... it lead me here, and I am so happy it did :)First thing to note, the scent is STRONG. Not bad, just very strong. If you like essential oil smells it shouldn't bother ya. Second thing, I have naturally curly hair (2c) which means it needs a little extra TLC in the hydration department. This bar didn't leave my hair feeling silky smooth (check out Viroi if that's what you want - honestly, holy grail of conditioner bars) BUT it did leave it feeling clean without over-dying it (big win!!!). All I had to do was add some conditioning oil &/or leave in conditioner after I'm out of the shower (which I sometimes do any way bc curls are high maintenance...). Third and last thing to note, it DOES have sulfates, BUT it's the "good" kind (aka "not as bad as laurl-sulfate" kind) since it's derived from coconut (yay, hydrating) which is what creates that beautifully creamy lather.So all in all I've been very pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness of this 2:1 bar!!! I did miss the silky smoothness of Viori so I still use that +their shampoo bar for regular washes, but this one has now become my go-to for traveling. Very happy. :)

I decided to try a shampoo bar to see if it was up to the hype. I didn't think that having shampoo and conditioner in the same bar would work, but it does a fantastic job. My hair feels tons softer, even my hair stylist noticed and was amazed it was just this shampoo. The scent is just right. I don't like floral scents or strong scents. This bar is more of an herby fresh scent that I really like. It is definitely worth trying and I won't be going back to regular liquid shampoo after using this

I had high hopes for this. It seemed to clean well and moisturize ok. It was a gentle cleanse - which I liked - and not heavy on the conditioning - which I was also ok with. I added an additional leave conditioner because I have long, thick wavy hair. I also live in Arizona and I have added more moisture in all of my skin and hair routines because of the dryness here.While I liked this well enough, the bar broke into several pieces on my third time using it. I definitely did not expect that it would last such a short time and I certainly wouldn’t have paid for this had I known. I understood it might very break - based on other reviews, but I hadn’t read anything about the very short lifespan as well. I will not be purchasing this again.
