I am hard pressed to give it 5-stars bc I ordered 3 different Barbie toys, and two of them came packed in an Bolo box, but this one was delivered in a bag. The bag was fine, but the packaging the Barbie came in was damaged (see pics), probably smashed under boxes in transit. How am I supposed to give this as a gift? I’m giving 5 stars for the product itself, but 1 star for the condition it arrived in.

My daughter was thrilled to add Skipper to her collection but Skippers hair is falling out. It’s made to be layered but it’s not even and some of it is falling out.
