I like to add a little sugar to sweeten, and bring out the natural flavors of the butter; and also it does not hurt the health qualities that much, since it has no fat in it. Adding salt to it was way too much, since it has salt already. Overall great experience and am going to try many different peanut butter powders. thanks

Love this for breakfast on sourdough toast! Its only 3 points for breakfast including the toast, and very filling. This one has crunch which i prefer. Either way if watching calories or points it tastes good with out all the fat and you get good protein.
