First, this is a thinner pillow, WHICH IS PERFECT - you want it to fill in that little gap where the seat meets the headrest at a slight angle - you don't want some protruding monster pillow that's going to push your neck forward awkwardly like some curious ostrich.It come with 3 bands and 2 levels of loops on its back to connect them for a range of height options. The first two bands are leather and don't stretch but come in slightly different lengths. They take a little work to wiggle into place on Tesla headrests, but I imagine they don't stretch over time. The third is a wide and adjustable elastic band, which is awesome with the small exception that it's black (why not white like the rest?). I machine washed it first, just in case the color might bleed - it handled the wash fine.

Overall, this is a great pillow. It looks great in the car - my only concern is the level of stuffing inside the pillow. It is a little flat, but I solved that by adding a little bit of stuffing.Best pillow I’ve tried though! Leather feels the same as the Tesla seats.

If you're below average male height like me, you'll notice the huge gap between the seat-back/headrest and your neck. That's super uncomfortable for long drives. This solves the problem in my 2021 Model 3! Fit is snug and the straps hide nicely below the bottom of the headrests. Really easy to install as well.

I am 5’6” and using the single strap, this fit perfect. Besides how soft and comfortable it is, I really like that I can hide the strap. It doesn’t look like an add on.

The pillow does not have enough filling and when you lean against it, it’s so soft that it flattens out and provides absolutely no neck support.

I love these pillows. The only thing is for short drivers it can me annoying as it does not sit well for them. But for most adults it is freaking awesome!!
