I only use gel polish because waiting for acrylic paint to dry is a form of medieval torture. I love bright colors, but find ones that actually have decent coverage has been a struggle. I’ve tried SO many brands over the years—all the popular salon brands, the beauty supply store brands, even grocery store brands (which oddly seemTo have the most pigment but get clumpy). But this is my first go with Born Pretty. Sure, I’ve seen it on influencer reels. But I’ve been sorely disappointed with so many cult brands that I resisted trying this one. It took a super cheap price ($10 for a 5 bottle pack) to get me to buy it. I am sorry I waited so long! What you see in the photo is two coats with no base or foundation (over clear acrylic nails). I am sorry happy with this! I tried the orange last week and it was just as vibrant and beautiful!Bottom line: Buy it!

This is such a good deal!! I think I got all six of these gel nail colors for only 10 bucks. I wanted to paint my finger nails and toe nails for a wedding I had coming up. Thankfully this came in super fast and I got to paint them. The colors of the pinks are slightly different, but they’re all so pretty I couldn’t choose. There were some reviews were it said the polish chipped off immediately after curing, but I did not see anything like that. It’s been about a week since I did my nails and the colors are still going strong.The bottle sizes are not too small yet not too big. Works great

I used this as soon as I got it because I am trying to learn how to do my own nails at home! I will say I am definitely a new customer! I love how they were considerate with their packaging. Also the application is so easy compared to some of the other stuff I’ve tried using! This is definitely for a “beginner” like me! Because it is so simple to use! I have multiple sclerosis which causes me to have a severe trimmer. So I bought some nail wraps to protect my fingers while I applied this! It literally helped so much! I am definitely not a pro at all as this is my first time ever doing my nails but I think I did a good job for a beginner! I love that I was able to make the polish a little thicker than usual; cure it then drill, and smooth down to my likely! I really hope they continue to sell this because I love it! I have no idea how long this is going to last before I need to redo it but I honestly do not care as the more practice the better! Lol. I’m also trying to grow out my natural nails so this will give it some protection! (I also have fake nails added to the tips) AGAIN; please do not bash me for how they look as this is my first time ever doing my own nails) I think it looks good for my first time ever doing my own nails or using this product!!

I absolutely love these!!! So far I’ve tried blue number 05 and it’s so freaking pretty!! I normally use neutral colors so I bought this one to try something different and I have no regrets! I did have to brush 3 coats over my nails to make it pigmented enough though but still a beautiful color!! Can’t wait to try the rest of them!! I highly recommend!

I am so happy I bought this gel polish set. The colors are exactly what is shown and the quality is great! Very easy to apply and can last me without chipping or peeling at least 2 weeks and that's me a non professional doing my own nails at home. it's definitely worth the money and will be getting other color sets

Great vibrant colors! The application is very smooth… you have to use a base coat for them to stick nicely, otherwise they kind of peel off. I applied a base coat, three layers of color, and a topcoat. I let them set for 60 seconds (each layer) under UV light and an additional 90 seconds before the topcoat. It’s pretty opaque! All the colors were very neon. :) We’re going to wear them all summer!

Most of the colors were the same color. But, none of them looked like the colors in the picture. I was disappointed in the shades as I was specifically looking for the shades that were on the picture.

Giving 4 stars and not 5 for a couple of reasons.Pros: nicely pigmented, but you definitely need at least 3 coats in my opinion.Seems durable.Cons: They don't mention that it's not safe for pregnant women or children. The only place this is mentioned is directly on the bottle in small text in a warning. I'm 8 months pregnant, and didn't notice this until I was almost finished with my second hand.The smell isn't strong, but it does stink.Small bottles.
