While the taste and texture of these crusts won't compete with a well-made scratch crust, it's more than close enough. It's a bit thinner than my home-made ones, but thick enough for most uses. Although it's labeled as reduced fat, it doesn't taste as if something was lacking. The price is reasonable given the convenience factor.The crusts come individually packaged with their own aluminum pan, and put in a box by the manufacturer. None of the 12 crusts had any visible damage to them.If you work carefully, you can pass it off as home-made (not that anyone would!). Uncrimp the edges of the supplied aluminum pie pan, put a cookie sheet over it, flip it so the crust separates from the pan, place your own pie pan that's the same size as the aluminum one the crust, then flip the cookie sheet again. If you're lucky any breaks can be hidden or repaired.A handy item to have in the pantry for a quick pie/cheesecake or for when you want to save some time. Five stars.

Ready Crust Reduced Fat Graham (9-Inch) Pie Crust, 6-Ounce Packages (Pack of 12)The Pit Bull household really likes these pie crusts. They transported well and all seem to be intact. Mrs Pit Bull has made an executive decision to give them 5 stars. Initially Grammy Pit Bull and Mr. Pit Bull were a little put off by the low fat nature of the pie crusts. Grammy found them oddly crunchy at first (yes, it was delightfully and wonderously crunchy); however after her chocolate cream pie sat in the fridge for a day, she declared the crust had softened and was fine. It was still lovely, but sadly not as wonderously crunchy.Mr Pit Bull was initally making noise about the crust being too thin. I took the high road and did not point out that a thinner crust was not the worst thing in the world for him. Yes the crust did seem a bit thin; however I much prefer it that way. I like a graham cracker crust, but not an overpowering huge mouthful of graham cracker crust - so I thought these were absolutely perfect. I made the key lime pie recipe on the package and it was very good. Simple, flavorful and not a ton of calories and fat.Ashley Elizabeth Pit Bull - being a dog - sadly did not get a taste or a vote on this one.

In the summer we make these “hillbilly” cheesecakes. It’s basically just mixing cool whip, butter, and heavy whipping cream together and then putting it in a pie crust and putting in the fridge til it gets hard. One we mixed in pineapple chunks on top and one we left plain so we could top it as we liked.The crust is really easy to use since it’s ready made. The first day we made it and had some the crust was really crumbly and a little hard to get out of the tin. The next day the crust softened due to the filling and it was a lot easier.I was a little worried about the reduced fat part since I didn’t notice that when I got these but it wasn’t an issue and I could tell no difference in taste at all. They tasted great and were the right amount of crumble in your mouth. The crust mixed with the filling and strawberry was perfect.Getting 12 at once is a lot unless you’re going to be making a lot of pies for an event or something. It is nice to be able to buy in bulk but they are kind of a pain to store somewhere until you use them so keep that in mind when you get this bulk listing. Also I’d like to make mention that they all arrived in tact as I was a little nervous about shipping pie crust in the mail.

I have used these 9-inch Reduced Fat Graham Ready Crusts to make a lemon ice box pie and a cream cheese pie. Both were absolutely delicious! I love that these pie crusts are reduced fat. I (nor my guests) were able to tell that these were not regular graham crusts.KEEBLER is a company I have trusted for many years. Their cookies, crackers, and pie crusts are always delicious. These pie crusts are no exception--they're delicious. AND they're easy to use. I keep them in my pantry so I'm ready to make a tasty dessert at any time.They were well packaged and arrived in almost perfect condition. It was as if I'd picked them up at the store myself. And at under $2.50 per pie crust, WOW... what a deal!I have a lemon blueberry filling I'm going to try next. Thank you, KEEBLER, for these great pie crusts!

If you need a bunch of pie crusts this is the way to go. Instead of buying them one by one at the store you can get them all shipped right to you. I needed to make three types of pies for a neighborhood party and this was perfect. I made two of each, so size pies total. The pie crusts tasted great and held up well in shipping.
