I took deviled eggs to three holiday gatherings since purchasing it and there were plenty to go around. I learned that I can put the egg whites in the holder the evening before I fill them by lining the trays with paper towels to absorb the moisture that forms overnight. The next morning I remove the paper towels and put the filling in the whites. No more storage moisture problems! We traveled an hour each way transporting the eggs and they always arrived in great shape. Refrigerating afterwards resulted in fresh looking, moisture free eggs. I highly recommend this egg holder!

The item is perfect when catering deviled eggs for a party or picnic!! These trays will accommodate a full dozen of eggs, whereas my older trays would only hold 20 halves vs 24. Love the new trays!!

Now need to let u know I store my eggs in them to save room in the fridge. Opened box it get it out.Open side snap and it broke in 2. Taped it up to make it work. I hadn’t even put eggs in it. Plastic should be a little thicker.So if u need it extra strong may not be for u. But I can carry eggs in it to sale….saves room in fridge, I normally have 7-8 dz. In there

What is not to like about this product? It is essential if you make deviled eggs I quantity for family gatherings, holidays etc. This compact holder allows you to have 24 eggs in each tray. While it is not your fancy old fashioned glass tray, the one thing I can promise you is that your eggs will stay in the same great condition as when you made them. I have beautiful crystal egg plates which I used to use. I would make the eggs, place a toothpick in the center of each egg so the clear wrap would not touch the yolk. I also hoped for no sudden need to apply brakes or going too fast around curves because those eggs would be a mess. These trays are compact, provide complete protection for each egg, thus ensuring your eggs will arrive in perfect condition and you will keep your title as designated devi!ed egg maker! This stackable tray can a!so be used to store eggs in the refrigerator. This is a great product.

I used these for storing deviled eggs at Easter. Only giving this three stars as one of the containers was cracked on the side upon arrival however, there was no damage on the shipping envelope. I returned it to Bolo and received a replacement for the damaged item without an issue.
