I love these. I’ve had 2 medium to large cancerous spots removed on my face and I used these. No problem with them coming off. What I like best is to rub my finger over the bandage because it feels cool and soothing to the wound.

I have known for years that silicone is the best way to heal scars. Was so happy to see the Mederma, a trusted brand, makes these. They work great, stick well and are easy to cut. I will say however, they are thick and noticeable. I chose to wear them at night. They stay on well. I don’t reuse. Because my facial scar is small, I can cut a single patch to about 5 strips. They are worth the money, although there are others out there that are a bit cheaper and also thinner. I’m trying those as well. I started using them once the sutures had healed enough and the cut didn’t have discharge. (About 5 days after surgery)

I have a new surgical incision on my decollate area. It is center on my chest and viewable in T-shirts. I purchase these to help with the scar development/healing. I want to help it best I can to become undetectable in time.Product is easy to use. Each bandage come wrapped individually. I was able to cut each bandage into 4's per the skinny and short size of incision. This actually gave me 4x as many bandages to use. SCORE.The bandage is reusable for many uses. It reminds me of the adhesive that silicone strapless bras have....reusable adhesive. I can't vouch for what time of adhesion is on the bandage but I have had no issues or reactions. I take it off before a shower, set it aside on the counter. Towel off after shower and replace. I hope to update review with actual results after I have used for some time. Thus far I have used for about 5 days.

So far my scar from stitches has flattened out nicely. I wear it during the day and take it off at night. It is reusable. I put it on wax paper at night so I can reuse it again. It is definitely doing what I hoped it would. My husband used something similar when he had stitches also. The size is good too.

I bought these after using another brand because they were the size I needed and because of the brand. They didn’t stick well and rolled up and fell off and stuck to everything but me. Will never buy them again.

I got a pretty bad burn on the inside of my arm right where it bends. Took a long time to heal so I developed a keloid that would just not go away with the normal mederma gel. Daily 8-10 hour use of this for about 2 months definitely flattened it significantly.My only complaint is that it doesn't always stay put. It might just be because it was in a spot where the skin constantly flexes with the movement of bending my arm. I ended up wearing an elbow sleeve over it to keep it in place while at work.I would recommend these, but only if you have a scar on a smooth area like the side of your leg or arm.
