A great deal on paired locks for a tool box. Understandably there are many different latch designs so there is no universal lock replacement. I ended up having to fabricate strike plates for my RKI truck bed tool box because the offset ones provided were too long. With the modification they are operating as they should. Be extra careful when threading on the nut to hold on the hook or latch because the machining is a bit rough and with the flattened sides it would be easy to cross thread or over tighten them.

A great deal on paired locks for a tool box. Understandably there are many different latch designs so there is no universal lock replacement. I ended up having to fabricate strike plates for my RKI truck bed tool box because the offset ones provided were too long. With the modification they are operating as they should. Be extra careful when threading on the nut to hold on the hook or latch because the machining is a bit rough and with the flattened sides it would be easy to cross thread or over tighten them.
