    Cleaner cartridge kept turning off the VCR and ejecting as soon as it was inserted. I tried multiple times but same thing happened. I have two VCR players: a Philips and Sanyo. I have not had this problem with two other brands of VCR head cleaners that I have used in the past.Otherwise, the service was prompt and I received the items quickly.
