I love this product. I'm giving it 5 stars basing my review on the cream, but I had a big mess to deal with when it got to me. The cream is about the consistency of cold cream and absorbs well. It does leave my skin feeling a little sticky but I think that's the nature of any product that's able to help with extremely dry skin. I also like that it's gentle and fragrance free. I've even used this on my face and haven't had any issues with breakouts or clogged pores. I usually buy it in the 3 oz. tube but that size doesn't last long so I decided to buy the larger 8.8 oz. jar this time. I was really annoyed when I got it. The jar was sealed in plastic but that didn't prevent the lid from breaking and the spilled cream filled the entire area between the jar and the plastic. It was a huge mess. I didn't want to go to the trouble returning it so I had to find another container and transfer the cream. They need to do a better job protecting the plastic jar while in transit.

I had a started to notice as the weather started to change this year from spring to fall that I had some area's on my arms, wrist & legs that were dry & I have never had that before so I looked up creams that were good for dry or quenched skin that just needed a little extra nourishment/food for the skin (rather then the soul 😉😉) read alot but this one just sounded like it offered exactly what my skin was asking for and after the first time I applied it I knew it definitely was it was very thick but in the best of ways & it went on and my skin felt much more nourished & it did not take anytime to absorb to where there was no indication I had even had any cream on . I applied this everyday at least three times a day on the areas that were dry & honestly by the third day the skin was back looking & feeling like normal. I would definitely purchase this again it solved any issues I was having fast & it was a nice texture and had no smell at all not when I applied it nor a lingering smell like some creams /lotions have .I don't have extremely sensitive skin but i am very picky & skeptical about any products I put on my skin but I felt confident this was safe & it was I had no problem & would say If you need a solution for dry or damaged even skin this would be a great purchase it is loaded with ingredients that provide nourishment & even help calm irritated or problematic skin lastly the price point is good too not only for the amount of cream you receive in this container but I would say for the ingredients used to make this product it is filled with all the best moisturizers for you even if you deal with any kind of skin sensitivity it's no problem it is filled with sensitive skin friendly ingredients that you want & need in a cream.....

I do like that it is a thick type of moisturizer, it does make me feel hydrated on my face after application but I find myself having to put more on bc it doesn’t keep me hydrated. I do have dry skin.

Loving this moisturizer so far. Regardless of what I use on my face prior to using it in my routine, I don't have any of that burning skin reaction to it which I've been struggling with. I've come to realize I have sensitive skin and it doesn't react well to things with vitamin c etc, so I've just started trying to get products either without it or products specifically for sensitive skin. A little goes a long way, it doesnt feel heavy or oily and the container will serve me for a long time.
