The Koi Beauty Titanium Microneedle Roller is completely different — it feels solid, rolls smoothly, and doesn’t snag on my skin at all.I started using it twice a week after cleansing my face, followed by my regular serum, and I can already tell a difference. My skin looks brighter and feels smoother, and I’ve noticed my skincare products seem to soak in better. I even think some of my acne scars have softened a little.I do get a bit of redness right after using it, but that’s totally normal and goes away within an hour or so. I always make sure to disinfect it before and after each use.Overall, I’m really happy with this roller. It's surprisingly easy to roll over my beard area, and while you definitely feel the tiny needles, it's not painful – more like a slight tingling sensation. I'm primarily using it to create micro-channels in the skin to help my beard oils and serums absorb better, and also to stimulate blood flow and collagen production, which are supposedly good for hair follicles. While I know consistency is key and results take time, I've already noticed that my beard feels a bit healthier and my products seem to be working more effectively.

The roller itself seems good quality and solid, but the 0.75 size really hurts if you’re not used to microneedling. It was more painful than I expected, especially on sensitive areas.If you’re new to this, I’d go with a shorter length first. Once you get used to it, maybe then move up. It works fine, just not very comfortable starting out.

Only used it once so far but I like it. My wife and I hit a couple thinning spots on our heads and both could feel the "needles". We got the 1mm and I think that's the way to go for your scalp. Shorter and it might not reach through your hair, longer and you might be suffering from a stabby scalp.Combining this with red light therapy to help, didn't want to go the monoxidil route after reading the side effects around depression and moods changes.
