If you’re gonna be pairing it with a good plant based milk, creamer or sugar—this is more than enough. I think ceremonial grade is good…but to be honest, you can’t even tell the difference once you add sugar and milk.

Matcha is smooth, quality of this matcha is key and color was very pigmented. Not bitter and doesn't have any astrigency, which I like. I pair it with Tache pistachio milk with a little bit of agave syrup.

Great price for the quantity. The tea is smooth and not bitter. I do notice that this is as bright green as the same tea in a smaller version that I can buy at my local grocery store, but this price is very competitive.

I’m very disappointed in this product.The reviews I read said it dissolved well into liquid. That is NOT the case.Even if the liquid is hot. It dissolves initially but if you don’t drink it immediately it globs to the bottom.I will use it in baking just so I don’t waste my money on it. Will not repurchase.

Not great. The color is off I ordered because the reviews had a good green color. Tastes almost like nothing and I make matcha lattes a lot. I know this isn’t ceremonial but the quality and texture are not there. Spend a couple dollars more and get the ceremonial kind. It’s not worth the value for the money you spend.
