It made it hard to move back downstairs into my master bedroom that didn't have heating pad. I would turn this on it would heat up in seconds and I would be so cosy. I love this pad. I bought a different one for my kingsize bed. Which I hate because it take so long to heat up. But this one buy it is all I can say you won't regret it. Just be warned it will be hard to wake up to your alarm it is too cosy

We've had this for some time now, and we use it all the time. It is nice to crawl in bed and have the sheets warm.I set my side high enough to cook me for an hour or two, and the wife sets her side as low as possible. It's great!

UPDATE: Received new pad very quickly. Been using it for a couple weeks. It does get a little loose after slept on but it seems to be good size. I like it better than an electric blanket.I received my mattress pad today, I’m disappointed and a bit annoyed. I received a used pad, it was in a petco box with the label from the person that returned it. I have requested a replacement however now I have to deal with the annoyance of taking the other to a UPS store more than 30 miles away.

We have been very happy with this product. But, after almost 2 years the controller box developed a problem -- one of the buttons on the controller stopped working. Wee wrote to the company asking if we could purchase a replacement controller, but instead they just sent us one gratis.

Toasty! It fits well and is easy to use. Blue light to find the controls in the dark. I turn on the bed and it’s warm fast. If I need another one for my guest room I will definitely get this again. I’ve never had it more than a 2 or it would roast me.

I purchasen this item two years ago. Don't get better than this, especially on those cold winter nights when the sheets feel as cold as the ambient temp. outside. Great product. Strongly approve of this mattress.

Hot and reliable
Game changer. My wife swears it is the best thing we have ever bought for our home. Thankfully it is dual controlled, because I have never turned my side on.

Our house is a bit cooler in the bedroom so I bought it. Comfortable to sleep on, I do not feel the wires when I lay on it. Works good and heats up fast. My husband find it too hot on any setting to I just turn it on and let it preheat than turn it off. i am good on setting 3, 4 I find it too hot. Have been using it for about a month and so far its good. I like the fact that the plug ins are under on the left hand side of the pad so you can't feel them. I run the wires under the mattress and the cords are long enough. But the plug in to the controller a bit short but I made it wok. I have hot glued the controllers on either side of the bed so they don't get into everting. I just wish that the connecting wires to the controller would come to the bottom of the controller not the top because it looks strange when I have them on the wall, it just make it a bit messy. I wish the controllers would have a stick on tape. This is a mattress pad so It does not get moved around and is always on one spot. When I put the controllers on the night table they fall off. Than in the middle of the night I need to look for them hanging off the bed or on the floor. That is the reason I hot glued them on the wall. Other than that it works as expected.
