I've used it twice now inasmuch as I've only had it for 2 days. First day,used it how it came. It was alright but not so good.2nd day removed some of the filling and it was exactly what I've been looking for. So comfortable.

Too flat, too firm, feels like sleeping on a flat rock! Even after fluffing it and letting it expand for 24 hours before using it. Then, I put it in dryer for 10 mins. on Low heat, and 10 mins. on Air dry. Fluffed up and tried for 18-24 hours, but still did not offer enuf support for back and side sleeper positions. Sorry!

They’re incredibly comfortable and provide just the right amount of support for a perfect night’s sleep. I also love how they strike the perfect balance between firm and fluffy—not too hard, not too soft. Bad stitching, damaged product, extremely expensive for the quality.
The pillow wasn’t stitched right, with the result that the microfibre (of ordinary quality) was spilled out on to the packaging in numerous tiny clumps that stuck to me and sailed all over the place.Most definitely several overpriced. I wouldn’t say that it is Hotel quality, definitely not the high end ones one tends to expect for a pillow that is several folds the price of regular pillow. My local Upholstry person promised to make better one of same dimension at one sixth the price. Going to do exactly that.As for the product “feel” itself disregarding the pricing and the stitch quality, it is just about ok.
As Good As Down
This is the most comfortable pillow I have ever owned and that it is machine-washable is a huge bonus. It has a short zipper that allows one to remove or replace the filling to adjust the firmness but for me it is already a perfect firmness.I always bought real down pillows for years until they started going for over $100. This pillow has a similar "loft" but for a fraction of the cost.

Fabric & make good sturdy quality, sham trim holds it's shape better than most. Color is a classify off - white tint without looking too yellowish so blends in nicely with other neutral cream shades.. Glad I added this to my bed set which, despite being is mostly brush rich velour, makes this quilted sham quite complimentary.
