5.0 out of 5 stars Definitely worth the money!
(function() { P.when('cr-A', 'ready').execute(function(A) { if(typeof A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel === 'function') { A.toggleExpanderAriaLabel('review_text_read_more', 'Read more of this review', 'Read less of this review'); } }); })(); .review-text-read-more-expander:focus-visible { outline: 2px solid #2162a1; outline-offset: 2px; border-radius: 5px; } To be completely honest, I had no idea what I was doing at first. It took me a good 30 mins to figure out how to put it in right. But once you figure it out, it works wonders. I found that the triangle fold was the easiest for me to put it in. When I first put it in, I thought it might’ve been too big, but it was the right size (small). I was moving out of my dorm, and I didn’t even think about it the entire day until I got home to relax. All I do is pop it in and forget about it until the end of the day when I need to empty it. Never again will I use disposable period products.
5.0 out of 5 stars Best menstrual cup I've used!
This is the best menstrual cup I've used and I've had several. The problem with all my other cups was that the stem would break eventually, leading to a VERY difficult removal. The ring feature on this cup makes removal a breeze and it feels super sturdy.
4.0 out of 5 stars Made a cup usable again
I have low flexability and the Diva cup I've had for years wasn't cutting it anymore, it was getting too hard to "go spelunking" for it. This has changed the game, the loop has made it so much easier. It also allowed me to tie some organic cotton undyed yarn at the end so I can pull on it more like a tampon and get the loop around my finger to pull it the rest of the way out, which is extremely helpful. (I, of course, cut off and throw that away after each use.)I have 2 very minimal cons:-I can feel the loop and it becomes mildly uncomfortable towards the end of my periods, which might bother you if you're very sensitive to the feel of a stem.-It is a little bit softer than the Diva and it really helps to run some cold water over it for a bit until it stiffens up a little to make it easier to insert, otherwise it's just too soft and can be difficult to insert.
5.0 out of 5 stars Get this!!!
I can't recommend a period cup enough. These are better for your body and the environment as compared to a tampon or disposable pad. I've tried multiple period cups, and this one is great because it has a loop to make removal much easier. I've had this specific one for about two years now and it as just as good as the day I purchased it. Definitely a better option for me over disposables.
5.0 out of 5 stars does what it says, no staining, soft and comes with dust bag
Just received in December 2024. I am quite happy. It is a bit larger for insertion than my collapsible cup from another brand. Im finding it more comfortable (1st day is always a bit crampy for me). Im not getting many leaks, if any. Im glad I purchased. And no staining! my other cup is pink. i wash it every change and it still stained after some time.My only down is that it is a bit more cumbersome than my collapsible one, and the collapsible one had a different kind of pull so it broke the seal better. BUT I'm not complaining. Personally, I've stretched my usage on 1st day to 14 hrs (out of necessity), and it kept everything where it needed to be!I went to cups because pads (even reuseable) would irritate the snot out of my bits. This is so much cleaner too! less laundry too. (Though I do wear the pads if I feel extra crampy and don't want anything up there for the time).Im not saavy enough to try the disks! it intrigues me but not there mentally!
3.0 out of 5 stars Runs big
I bought a large since I'm bigger and it's too big & difficult to put in. Need a small for sure
5.0 out of 5 stars On my second one! Can't live without it
Really love the ring design, comes in a pinch especially if I'm wearing rings or have false nails on. I haven't been able to find a comparable one with a better design. The small is big enough if your flow isn't super heavy. I'd say I have a pretty heavy flow during the first 1-3 days but it isn't an issue if I wear a panty liner and remember to empty it throughout the day.
5.0 out of 5 stars Learning curve for beginners, but glad i made the switch!
So, im a cup beginner. Under 30, never had kids. Got the small. Ive never tried cups at all, only the softdiscs. I liked the idea of not worrying about whats up there for an extended period of time because i work in a hospital and so theres not always an opportunity to change a pad or tampon, which, im an anxious person so when that 8 hour mark hits i start to sweat a lil bit and think "oh no, TSS". Soft discs are pretty hit or miss, where id still leak so i ended up still wearing pads. I talked to my girls group chat, and one gave the cup high praise. I am freaked out by the stem design of most cups, and so this was like "oh hey, ring. That's convenient." It went in pretty easily. I found a fold that worked right away. Ngl, i shoulda used a little bit of lube though to help initially, but oh well. I left it in and went about my day-zero leaks, so whoo! Didnt feel it at all either.Taking it out....was weird at first. I FELT that suction power. So that was an "oops! Imma rip my cervix off if i pull on the ring rn" so i ended up really getting to know myself while i learned how to break the suction. Second time was a lil easier. 3rd time i ended up taking it out in the shower---WAY easier. And once i got the hang of that, the ring is nice to help guide it out. Blood dumping is a lil gross. Washing it is gross. But honestly, so was wrapping up soaked pads and tampons. Now i dont have that stuff sitting in my trash and im reducing carbon footprints along the way. I dont think ill ever use a tampon again. Also, the fact that there isnt staining since its all black, yeah. I appreciate that. So, ill mention too, this one is a lil stiff. Like, its durable. So if you want something softer, this might not be for you. I guess idk what other cups feel like. But this seems sturdy and i feel like it pops open easily when up there. I dont have to maneuver it too much to get it to open up and suction. It is a LITTLE hard to keep it folded while first getting it in. But again, for me, it just felt like a learning curve.I like that this company is female owned. That's always gonna be a positive, because women know women. I like the site. They say on the site that everyone who menstrates should have a cup. Theyre so inclusive and i appreciate that out of a company. In case that matters to anyone too.
