Did help my irritation and itching straight off. I had been using ointments that more or less turned into plastic and hardened to my skin which irritated my skin worse. The soap removed all of that. Very light to no smell. Glad I have something medicinal to wash with there. Be sure to dry well or you will itch. Provided some much needed relief. Not one-hundred percent effective but somewhat effective.

The hardest part was explaining to my husband that this is my soap and he shouldn't touch it😄I have been using it for several weeks and I do not feel any itching. I do not think that it can cure the disease, but it has been useful for me. I no longer use regular soap for hygiene in that area.
