I wrote a not so nice review as this order of boxed tissues were smashed. Each one looked bad, bent and opened. I sent the review but kept the order just thought I'd buy a cover box. BUT to my surprise a package arrived with replacement of my order. I did not request a return but this company replaced my damaged boxes without a word. By the way, the replacements are beautiful. Thank you.

For years, I have avoided Kleenex because they felt harsh. I bought them again because I used Kleenex at a friend’s home and was impressed. I just ordered several cube boxes because they are soft and absorbent. I also love the patterns and colors on the boxes. I highly recommend this product.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Kleenex, super soft! Unfortunately, the cardboard wrapping did not protect the inside boxes. Just a heads up, no need to replace. Unfortunately, the driver delivered to my neighbor, but they brought it over. No problem

Very disappointed in this seller. The boxes are smaller than normal, and whoever packaged it got packing tape all over the most of the boxes, ripping the outside decoration off. It was not a professional package of bulk Kleenex. Unfortunately I can’t return because we needed them quickly, boxes were distributed out before the ripped up covers were discovered.
